So, from the beginning, our uncle suggested this company to us, who used them some years ago. We looked them up, read the reviews, and said, well, we'll give them a go. When we signed the contract, we were told that there would always be a supervisor on duty at all times, and we made it clear that we wanted to be at both homes when they were getting done, so they needed to be on separate dates. Well, the day came to schedule, and they called us and had it set up for the same day back to back. I can tell you right now that there is absolutely no communication between this community and its employees. One person will say something, and another will have no notion that you requested this or that. Now I'm going to talk about the work they performed. They performed great work on the first house, and we were pleased with the results. which were Mexicans who completed the work and with whom we had no issues; this goes into the rest of the review, which is why it is noted. But let's speak about the second property, where they wanted to cut so many corners and do sloppy work, we wanted professional work done for the money we're paying, not a job you could have purchased off Craigslist for half the price. First, they showed up for the second property at a neighbor's house down the street on the first day of work, so we had to drive down there and tell them they were at the incorrect house. Secondly, they needed a second supervisor to come out here and inform the first supervisor that he was installing the soffits incorrectly. His name was Patrick, and we liked him because he informed the employees and the other supervisor, Kevin, exactly what we requested and should have received based on the contract. Kevin said, "I have cut this new wood," but Patrick remarked that it didn't matter because everything had to be done correctly as specified in the contract. If anybody should receive a wage raise or a job title boost, it should be Patrick since he spoke up and informed the employees and Kevin what was the right thing to do. On our home security camera, the employees were unprofessional, such as joking about a dope man and saying that if we were going to sit there all day and watch them work that he would walk off the job and they would send out Mexicans to finish the job. They then got out their phones and began photographing the homeowners, laughing as they did so. This is incredibly disrespectful behavior on the part of employees who are supposed to be working. While Kevin, the supervisor, stood there watching it all unfold. All because we were photographing the improper work that they were performing, which Patrick, another supervisor, validated and advised them that they were doing improperly and that they needed to do it correctly as indicated in the contract. If someone does not want their work to be analyzed, they obviously want to take shortcuts and don't want watched to avoid being caught. This is what we discovered, as indicated in this review. We have our whole house surrounded by cameras, therefore everything described in this review has been recorded, except when they knocked off my internet cable by knocking down the overhang on my house or when they cut the wiring to three of my cameras. They offered to replace just one wire with a cheap generic wire for a $750 camera rather than the manufacturer wire that they had initially cut, and the other two wires they simply wanted to cover with electrical tape. It is unprofessional because if you break anything, you should replace it with the original wire, which we had and asked for. What they wanted to do doesn't work, you can't take my apple and give me a lemon, So flat out saying you can not cut a 179.99 manufacturer cord and try to replace it with a cheap cord. If you break a manufacturer cord you need to replace it with a manufacturer cord. It appears that the employees do not care what you say, even our brand new white vinyl fence. We instructed them not to touch the fence with the gutter or scratch it, but instead of listening, one of the workers smacks the fence with his palm, as if being cocky since we instructed him not to touch or scratch it very unprofessional. When they were installing the soffits, they hit a nail that poked through our shingles, creating a hole in my shingles but blaming us for the project taking so long and watching their work and complaining about having to replace items they damaged that we pointed out to them. When installing the fascia, they cut it incorrectly, leaving a gaping hole for water to get in, despite our request on the contract that the fascia covers the hole so water doesn't get in because we previously had a leak there, to which the workers responded, "believe me, I have caulking, it won't leak," but as we asked and the contract specifies, that hole needs to be covered with fascia so water doesn't get in. We informed the employee that we had requested that the hole be covered with fascia in the contract, and his response was, "Would you like to do this?" "Let me do it my way," the worker offered, "and if we don't like it, they'll come back the next day and redo the whole thing." which they constantly complain about having to redo when they fail to respect the contract, otherwise they would not have to redo all of these things they keep complaining about redoing if they would just follow the contract, which they returned the following day and still did not redo and to this date of typing this review has not been done. While placing sheeting on the roof, a different crew cut our front gutters without telling us, but because we were micromanaging them, we noticed it and called them out. which they agreed to replace, which is proper and professional for a company since if you break it, you should fix it. However, because they have broken so many things, they are unwilling to replace the wires that they have damaged and want to use black tape instead. Instead of cutting the nails that were in the way when installing soffits, they opted to yank the nails through the brand new sheeting, creating holes in our newly purchased brand-new roof sheeting. When we called one of the supervisors, Jarad, about the cut wires, he indicated that they were ready to finish the job, that we were yelling at the employees, and that we didn't need to micromanage his employees because we paid them to do their job, and that one of them had walked off the job. When we inquired which employee had walked off the job, he had no comment. The employee that supposedly walked off the job was most likely the one who cut the camera cable and said in front of the home security camera that he was finished for the day and was leaving. No one yelled at him, and we called Kevin to let him know what had happened; he arrived at the job site a short time later, and we told him that the worker hadn't realized there were two cameras there, that there was a wire on each side behind the siding, and that he had cut them. The employee sat in the back of the truck until lunchtime, then when Kevin and the other employee returned the employee that cut the wire didn't come back. We feel Jarad was unprofessional in telling us over the phone that the workers were afraid to be at our residence. Why is this so? We believe Jarad was lying because, for one thing, everything he said didn't add up, and, for another, when we got off the phone with him, we asked the employees if they were afraid of being at our house and, if so, it was okay with us if they sent different employees to finish the job, and they had no idea what we were talking about and asked who told us that, and we said Jarad, and they said they didn't know why. I should also mention that we asked for a price and for the workers to do one more thing that we really wanted, which was to wrap the front door in fascia, but they never did and never got back to us on a price they were out here working I asked every day on that and they just kept saying that they were waiting for a price from Terry. We gave them a 25,000-dollar job and they didn't want to complete any more work, so we'l
