James is personable. Easy to talk to I felt comfortable I didn’t feel tensed or pressured. As a senior on a budget and a couple of ailing joints, you need someone that you can trust. I got a sense that he’s kind, and honest all the qualities that make for a good relationship with your handyman. I’m hoping that I can get him to do some other things for me in the very near future. First impressions matter most,
