It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. All four homeowners were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Artistic Touch Tree Service to anyone. We already plan to have them back next year to trim our ornamental trees. It was also great to learn that Chad and his team have done work for our homeowners association, neighboring subdivisions, multiple cities around Central Indiana, and even for the State of Indiana. "A storm blew a tree on our house. We received multiple quotes, all from companies that are insured, including PR Tree Service. PR came in as one of the lowest. The owner is easily to reach for estimates and other questions. We needed two quotes as insurance would cover the tree on the house but not our other tree needs. On tree removal day, a crew of 9-10 guys and lots of equipment removed the tree off the house and hauled away the debris. Further, doing a second job of stump grinding, and trimming of a few additional trees. The crew was very safe, professional, well organized, and fast. They yard was very clean when the job was completed. I won't hesitate to use PR Tree Service in the future."

"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

"Hired them to remove a tree that had been struck by lightning. They done a very good job and cleaned up everything. They were $1000 dollars less on the quote. They said my other 3 trees needed topped and trimed. For a $1000 they done all three and they look so much better. Again they cleaned up everything. Would hire again. I thank Angie for the help."
