They did demo all the way down to the studs, disposed of all trash, re plumbed and installed the new shower in 2 days! We did financing through power pay with them as well. At first you might have a bit of sticker shock, but the quality of the finished product and amazing staff is well worth paying for. Fernando was always on time and amazing to work with. Great job!"

JFG also had a professional plumber from Hamm come to the house to install all the plumbing (this was included in the price quote). "Nu Look Home Services’ replaced my 31-year-old front door with two side windows unit. Nu Look Home Services’ sent two men, Zack and James to handle my job. They were professionally dressed and courteous. If there was a question as to how I wanted something done, they ask. There were three things that I did need to get done, reinstall my existing screen door, reinstall my doorbell & reinstall the door alarm, which they did. However, we did run into a major and a minor problem. The major problem was that 31 years ago my door opening was 82 inches wide and today’s door openings units are only 80 inches wide. This left a 1-inch gap on either side of the door frame unit. Zack and James had to reconstruct the perimeter of the door frame unit both inside and outside to make this unit look as if it was part of the original construction. Also, they found a piece of floorboard underneath the door frame that had rotted over time and replaced it. The minor problem was that my existing deadbolt lock and door handle were too small to fit the new holes in the door. Not only did they replace the deadbolt lock in my handle but they rekeyed the new locks with my old key so that I still have just one key for all the locks in my home. The job turned out to be a two-day job instead of a one-day job. They stayed with the job until it was completed. Nu Look Home Services employee’s people that have the knowledge and experience that when faced with an unexpected problem on the job, they know how to resolve the problems and make a professionally looking finished product. They were constantly using their vacuum cleaner to keep the installation area clean and the dust down. After the job was completed all the old material was hauled away in the jobsite was cleaned up. Use them again? You bet!"

"Initially we hired TNT to install a shower surround with some tile. After seeing their attention to detail and effort put in, we added on some other projects to include a deep clean of the existing tub - which they made look like new and saved us hundreds if we had had to go get it reglazed - as well as install a replacement kitchen counter top which makes the existing kitchen look significantly more high end than what was there before, they even did some painting since after they cleaned the tub and put in the shower surround, the walls looked dingy, now it looks like a brand new bathroom. These guys also don't hit a problem area and quit. They adapt and overcome the challenge and press forward. Problems happen on job sites, it's always good to have a team that won't get discouraged or slap something together just to be done (or quit...I've seen all three before.) I run a lot of jobs for myself, and recommend to others for their jobs as well. Very few contractors make it to my speed dial just because it's often better to get two or three opinions and quotes than to call one team. However, a few do make it on the speed dial, and these guys are one of those contractors that I've got on speed dial for any handyman/small project needs I have."

"Hardwood was installed in whole lower level of our home and done ahead of schedule. So we hired them to lay tile in our two upstairs baths. Everything was done as a perfectionist would do it. The whole house looks great and the price was lower than many of the quotes we received. Trey came with a great recommendation from my son-in-law who used him to lay the hardwoods in his home (which also looked great.) Definitely recommend and would use again."
