Mismatched cover (no lift as promised) & old damaged mismatched skirt. Stan promises to be out ?next day? or ?this week? No calls & no show! "Everything was great? right up until they made crucial mistakes during installation. They misjudged the placement of the uprights, apparently, so the joint where the sidewall bolts together is not behind a post as it should be, and if we fill the pool the sidewall will fail. They started filling the pool, left for a few hours, and said the pool needed 10? of water before they could cut the liner to install the skimmer. They came back and the pool only had 3? of water, but they cut the liner anyway, in the wrong places, and although they said they?d fix any issues, they haven?t. They also improperly installed the thru the wall skimmer, not using the multiple baffles that keep the skimmer from leaking. So we have a pool improperly installed, a liner we can?t salvage, and a wrinkled mess both in the bottom of the pool and on 50% of the sidewall. We?ve been trying to get them to come back for 2 days. If we have a windstorm, this $5000 pool is going to collapse."

Took 3 different installers and the BBB to get work done. Also had to hire a outside contractor to fix their work and damages. BOGO was false advertising. Sales guy lied. Install was excellent. Mucked up the house with dirt and mud. Carpet and floors were brand new. Clothes and anything in master bath had to be cleaned. Total garbage company."

"They build my pool 2 years ago it was monday when they started,first thing they did bobcat operator hit my flag pole I think he was on high or hangover.All workers and office staff especially managers are rude,not responding for phone calls,acting like they doing you mercy you paying them 70k to build your pool.My pool pump stop working is under warranty I called them 5-3 business days to come fix itOnly person was professional is Paull Bell salesman.Not recommending this company for anyone.5 minutes after finished pool asking for check but not fixed all issues they damaged on my property,very poor service"
