Purchased a used spa in Nov 2024, it is now July 2025 and it is sitting in pieces in my back yard STILL not set up or hooked up to electric as promised. Mismatched cover (no lift as promised) & old damaged mismatched skirt. Stan promises to be out ?next day? or ?this week? No calls & no show! I?m DONE I just want my money back and him to remove this monstrosity from my yard. VERY POOR SERVICE AND NOTHING BUT LIES AT EVERY TURN. Do NOT recommend!!!

Stan found my problem and was able to get my filter running. Even tho he was unable to fix the problem ( an underground pipe that seems to be clogged). He was able to refer me to someone that could help me. He cleaned and checked my filter and pump to make sure everything was running well..
