They cleaned the pool well. The water had been brackish. They opened up the pool and closed it. They're okay. They're just a little on the pricey side.

We've been using their service since we put on our pool last 2008. We always have good experience with them however, they are quite expensive.

Someone else came out to give us an estimate, but it was very high. We called this company and they gave us a great a price. They figured out a way to stop a leak and replaced a liner. They basically gave us a whole new pool and they were very nice! We even text them on a holiday and then responded immediately. They are very customer service oriented.

They are fantastic! In fact, they even go so far as to sometimes bring my newspaper in for me. Sometimes when you feel that our young people don't know how to work and aren't courteous these people find the best people to work for them. They are very courteous, efficient, and polite. I can't say enough about them. I think it's a fair price for what they do. One day a week they come out and clean the pool. The next time they're out they check the chemicals, check all of the equipment and make sure that everything is functioning. I never thought we would have somebody else maintain our pool and I just don't have a problem with them. I use them all the time. They also refurbished our pool a year ago. We had gotten three or four different prices and they were the most competitive. They were also the most informative and had the best ideas and suggestions for it. They were the easiest to work with. They were very efficient and prompt. They answered all of our concerns and I can't say enough about them. I really can't afford them, but they just do an excellent job. I was really very impressed. Their quality is better. I've worked a lot and I believe in service and they give it to you. You can call them at anytime and they're very personable. They don't say that they are too busy to talk to you if you have question and I really do think its a rare company that's around.

We hired a company called Leisure Pools at first. I paid him $15,000 to dig the hole for the pool. He then went bankrupt and totally stopped the project.

Caribbean Pools came in and cleaned up his mess and put a pool in. They were here every time they were supposed to be. They passed code the first time. They are a little higher for pricing than their competitors but they are worth it. I never have an issue and they know what they are doing.

Caribbean Pools has provided excellent service over the past 13 years. They have been professional and provide great customer service! Several of my neighbors have used Caribbean Pools for their pool installation and service and I have never heard of one complaint. I give them an A+ rating.

We now know how to do it ourselves. However, we still use them for supplies and to check our water. They also open and close our pool each year. They are excellent and don't tryto over sell us. They do a wonderful job!
