Rob and his entire crew installed roughly 20 cameras, ran data cable line for our internet/wifi, installed entry door security and security pads multiple doors to ensure security of the children when in their classroom. They provided us with an app on our phones to view people trying to enter our facility and the app also allows us to unlock our entry doors if someone needs to enter the school, without us having to be at the actual door. "This was my best service experience in any industry in my recent memory.
The DC (or charging) jack on my wife's laptop was broken and the laptop would not take a charge.  I suspect that this is a part that not many people know can be repaired.  Many people have probably replaced their entire laptop when a $100 repair is all that is needed.
I contacted MR Computer and was able to drop off the laptop the same day.  At the time of drop off, he was not sure if he had the necessary part in stock.  If not, he would need to order it.  If that were the case, it would be approx 3 business days for it to be ready.  A turn around time that I was quite happy with.
Approximately 3 hours later he contacted me to tell me that the laptop was ready for pickup!
I'm very pleased with the cost.  Total cost was just $15 more than it would have cost to ship the laptop to one of the manufacturer's "authorized repair centers" and that would have just been for shipping.  I'd imagine that they would have charged just as much, if not more, for the repair itself.  Additionally, turn around time would have been weeks instead of hours.
He is located downtown, but his shop was very easy to find (especially if you have a GPS) and there is parking right at his front door.
I couldn't be more pleased with MR Computer and my wife thinks that I'm a hero.
