ZERO RATING! Fraudulent! This company was chosen by my warranty company to come and diagnose my appliance, report findings and cost of repair, then fix the approved repair estimate provided to warranty company. They have horrible etiquette regarding calls, failed to come come to my home at scheduled time! Failed to contact me at all when they did not even show up! Disrespectful to someone?s time, lack of any concern that they did not even come! Finally came, stated he could not tell me what needed fixed and they could only report it to warranty company! But demand the $100 diagnostic fee. Had me write out check to a completely different name than the company name. Said it had to be written to ?STALLYDIA AND MUCKER? and said it was the same company as US Appliances and Air, just owner name! He said he was leaving to go get the part to repair and be back same day. Never showed! I reported all this to warranty company. They will lie steal cheat you out of your $ and not fix!

My service man, Byron was excellent. First of all he is honest. Byron solved the problems of my air conditioner. The company I had was ripping me off. They told me I needed a new air conditioner. Byron repaired it . It is running great. I thank God for Byron. He is honest and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of air conditioning.
