Brandon and his job partner came to my home and did an amazing job on a really hard case and they made the carpeting look brand new. They came when they said they would and got everything done very quickly, with quality, promptness and I cannot get over how fast they were, I thought the difficulty of the case would have taken them longer since it was a repair from damage. Really great and nice people, and really patient. Overall if I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Brandon and the BC flooring team!

WOW!! Brandon and his crew were very efficient but most of all they were friendly and personable. Brandon's communication was amazing and he made sure to keep us updated on all parts of the job. We told Brandon that we wanted to get the carpet installed so that we could move into our new home, he was ready to install within two days of our consultation. We met with two other carpet installation companies but Brandon was by far the most knowledgeable, honest, friendly and AFFORDABLE!!! On the day of the installation Brandon and his crew were amazing! Fantastic experience with this company! Brandon was polite, professional, and experienced. Communication was prompt and clear. Since I was out of town at the time, Brandon even sent pictures of each step of the job without being asked to do so! I did not have any concerns once decisions were made, even though I was out of town. After doing my research, I saw that he demonstrated the knowledge and confidence I wanted to see in the person I hired. He communicated details with my realtor as well, making sure to keep everyone in the loop. I also appreciated the fact that he worked hard to keep the cost down and gave me by far the best price of any company that I contacted. What more could you want?!
