"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "Warren worked me in the same day to diagnose the problem with our laptop. he offered to diagnose the issue at no cost. Later that same day he sent a text letting me know that he had a portion of the computer back up and running. The next day he let me know that the computer was fully operational. Very fast service. The only negative is that he made the necessary repairs to get the laptop up and running without letting me know what the problem was and what it would cost. The repair cost wasn't excessive, but given the current price of laptops, you can easily spend more on repairs of an older laptop than the cost to purchase a new one. Another thing to be aware of is, without advising you Warren wants to install a remote access APP on your computer so he can diagnose issues remotely. In my case the computer would not allow him to install the software. I suggest you clarify this item before he does work on your computer. Other than these minor items, I would recommend Warren."

"Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"Had what I thought was a massive problem with my laptop. Couldn't get it to boot - feared it was the motherboard or the BIOS. Brought it to Mr Computer and within 4 hours, Brian called me with a diagnostic. He said nothing was wrong, that he got it to boot successfully, and that I could pick up the computer. But since he had it, I opted for a tune-up. Picked it up the next day and Brian was kind enough to visit with me for 10-15 minutes giving me advice and answering questions on how to make sure the laptop stayed running smooth. After I got the computer home, I experienced a new issue, called Brian, and he offered to fix the BIOS for me while I waited if I would just bring it in.
All in all, a good experience and I would definitely trust Mr Computer to handle any PC-related needs in the future.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."
