My 10 year old Apple computer would not get past the loading page. I picked Terry because I saw a good recommendation from a person that I knew. Terry first advised me to call Apple even though he â hated to pass up businessâ . Apple was unable to help and was very discouraging because they told me my computer was not backed up on iTunes. Terry took the job on and everything works fine and we got our data back. He replaced our broken computer with a refurbished apple at a very good price. He also helped me with a cell phone problem while he was here. Terry is very skillful, but also very pleasant and he tries hard to please his customers.

Terry is very good at what he does with computers. He is very knowledgeable and always amazes me. When he tells you he will be at your house or whatever he is going to have to do to a computer he dies just that. He is reasonable price wise.

Terryâ s work and expertise with computers and laptops is always excellent and I have purchased all of our computers and laptops and monitors from him for 25 years, including laptops for our son, mother and motherâ in-law. He is very knowledgeable and patient if we have questions, etc. and he has very reasonable prices which are much less than purchasing a new one . We highly recommend Terry for any computer needs.
