he work for an hour but I still can not get the printer to print

This company has done everything they said they could do, an then some. All people are friendly, a knowledgeable . I have been with them for about a year, an signed up for other services that they offer.Am going to buy a whole new computer system from them very soon, as my old computer is by phased out. Worth every penny!!!!!!

Help me to get on websites I need it on but now I need to call him again because for some reason the websites are still blocking me I don't know if it's something the websites had trouble with or something that we're not getting connected on

I am totally dependent upon others when it comes to anything to do with the computer. I have used Geeks on Site for a few years now and I always know I will be put in touch with someone who not only understands the problem, but who also understands that there are people like me out there who need patient, gentle guidance at virtually every step of the way and they (Geeks on Site) always deliver. They never make me feel stupid, no matter how simple problem or how complex the fix. I trust them implicitly.

I really don't understand why I had to purchase yet a different antivirus software when I already have MacAfee and Avast. I think they are just trying to make more money off me, which I don't appreciate.

The man who came did a great job in cleaning up my troubled computer.My only regret is he did not correct my printer in that my computer would not connect with my PRINTER,VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I had subscribed to a monthly program a year ago and since I did not get infected, it worked. However, went I went to renew it for this year I had to call 4 times and by that point I looked at what I was paying for and found the 2 platforms they used for a 2-year period for less than I was paying for the one year. Disappointed in the customer service and felt as though I had been overcharged.

I use Geeks for regular scans, trouble shooting for potential problems. I have learned I can count on Geeks for competent work and polite technical people. I recommend them.

Customer service was good. I have since bought a NEW computer so no more problems.

I have used this service twice and each time the work was 4.0! Arrived on time, fixed the issue (first time it was a printer and second time a computer issue) and charged the amount that was estimated. Also allowed me to ask questions which has increased my knowledge.

Unable to repair

I have had a contract with Geeks On Site to provide technical support for my computers for over 12 years. I have always received the help that I needed in a timely way. Their staff has always been courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
