Our installation process begins with a meeting between our Comfort Advisor and the Homeowner. Together they will design a system that is perfect for the home and will keep the family comfortable year round. They will decide options like warranty, efficiency, filtration, all while keeping within the desired budget. When our installation team arrives at your door, there will be no surprises. Our clean cut, polite and professional Installers will quickly begin working, taking great care to protect the home by using shoe covers and drop cloths. When finished they will clean up all work areas, and go over the features and operation of the newly installed system making sure they have answered all of the homeowners questions. And since we believe that regular maintenance of your new system will help it last longer and perform as desired, we follow up our installation with one free year of our Service Club. And unlike some of our competitors, our warranty coverage is true warranty. As long as you have regular maintenance done on your system, you will never pay a service call for any warranty repair. If you want to have a company that takes pride in their workmanship, operates with integrity, and stands behind their product, then give us a call today. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Award winning.

"Our Inspector was not thorough at all. He turned the water on for the bathroom sink and then the shower in the front bathroom and when he did the water in the sink almost stopped flowing and he didn't notice that so I pointed it out to him and from that point he should have proceeded to ck the water flow in the rest of the house to see if the whole house had low flow issues but he didn't. The Inspector also noticed a flexible gas line off of the water heater that ran through the floor into the crawl and to a wall heater just on the other side of the wall and said it didn't have a ground on it but he would look at it in the crawl space but he didn't go over to where the flex gas line was. When he proceeded to the crawl space he only checked a very small part of the crawl with the largest areas of the crawl only accessible or visible through passthrough openings due to solid block support walls and this is a very easily accessible crawl space. I pointed out a wet looking spot on one of the block walls which was on the other end of the crawl from where we were and he wouldn't check into that and told me to ask the homeowner if they had and leakage issues in the crawl space so we had to get another crawl space inspection from another company 2 days later, and I'm sure the home owner would have said oh yeah you are gonna be screwed when it rains. No appliances were checked for proper operation. During the attic inspection he didn't see a switch for the attic light so he used his flashlight, I looked at the light to see why he didn't turn it on and I followed the cord up and over the door where it was plugged into a droplight that had no bulb or guard on it exposing a shock hazard and it was ran over to an outlet and plugged in so I pointed that out to him also because he didn't see it. The Inspector never found the Master bedroom and bath (unbelievable) that is in the back corner of the house down a hallway so none of that even got looked at. The $75 charge for a Septic Inspection consisted of turning on the kitchen sink faucet, putting the dye in the drain and immediately proceeded to make 1 pass around the property which he went well into the neighbors back yard and I had to tell him about that. This Inspector was extremely absent minded on this day. I did follow J.M. through this whole inspection process."

Gate Repair questions, answered by experts

Features include automation, intercoms, keypads, and decorative elements. Custom options enhance security and style.

Installing a gate on an existing fence or alongside a new fence is usually worthwhile, even though it can be expensive. Side gates give you easier access to your rear yard, making the space more usable. More importantly, they can help keep your children and pets safe in your yard without compromising accessibility. Security gates are particularly worthwhile, as they have the added bonus of protecting your home. In case that’s not enough upside, installing a fence with gates usually boosts your curb appeal and property value.

Installing your own gate is possible, but we don’t recommend it. Gates can weigh hundreds of pounds in some cases, and even types of gates made from the lightest materials are heavy, bulky, and difficult to maneuver into place. Positioning your gate perfectly is also crucial to make sure it swings smoothly and either closes automatically or doesn’t close without force, depending on your preferences. Mistakes made by DIYers can be quite costly, too, as the materials alone average around $1,000. As such, it’s better to hire a professional gate installer.

It does matter which way a hinge is installed because it’s possible to install a hinge backward. The hinge pin should face the direction in which the door will swing, making the pin visible. Exterior doors that swing outward need a security hinge with an Allen set screw in the center to prevent someone from removing the hinge from the outside and accessing the home or business.

It might be possible to install your own manual driveway gate rather than an automatic one, but we don’t recommend it. Driveway gates are large, heavy, and bulky, and getting them to your house and maneuvering them for installation can be dangerous. It’s also challenging to install the gate and balance it perfectly so that it functions as expected, and wiring any automation mechanisms for your gate is also dangerous and requires help from an electrician. We recommend leaving the work to a professional driveway gate installer.
