Their service was great. They got back to me very quickly with an estimate (which was not true with everyone I called). The estimate was very reasonable. When I accepted the estimate, I was placed on their schedule and the service was performed when they said it would be. The fence looks great.

They were great. They came when they said they were going to. The work took 2 days because the deck had to dry after the powerwash before being stained. They covered my garden with a tarp so it did no get damaged.

Not well--uneven application of stain, mold coming through . Looks worse than before work was done. Lyndon came out to look at the work after I called with concerns about results. He scratched his head admitting that it did not look like he had hope. He reassured me with time it would "even out" and look better. I could tell he felt bad and he offer to take $200 off the price. My mistake is I turned down his offer. A few months later the deck looks even worse. He came out again and met with my husband. Something about our trees and mold. As the expert I would have expected him to anticipate this issue. Would not recommend or rehire.

WOOD MEDIC INC – GREAT WORK! Wood Medic did a great job with my deck. I went with Wood Medic because of their reputation for good work. My neighbor had a fence stained by Wood Medic last year, and she recommended them. I liked Lyndon, who did the estimate, and Mindy, who handles the scheduling and office work. Daniel did the cleaning and power-washing of the deck. Anthony and Nick did the staining a few days later. The sealant color I selected is Butternut Brown -- it has a flat matte finish. Because Wood Medic is a small family company, you can speak with either Lyndon or Mindy if you have any questions. Lyndon answered all my concerns before work began. The quote was done relatively quickly. Lyndon and Mindy and their crew were all very knowledgeable about the products and what should be used on what parts of the backyard. Once the quote was accepted, it was difficult to get on the schedule - I had to call twice. Then the first appointment was rescheduled day of. But once they were here and did the work, it was amazing. High quality workmanship, they did exactly what they quoted to do, and the after-service and follow up has been top notch. We would definitely recommend Wood Medic and use them again ourselves!

They did a fantastic job. they were very responsive when we initially called. personable, professional. Scheduling, our weather being all over, was flexible and clear about what was needed and why. Did a very fine job with the power washing as well. A couple days later it was nice and windy and we had no rain so they called and asked if the deck was dry and they came back and brushed on the sealant.

Perfect! They were able to do the job quickly and at a fraction of the price quoted by another company. The job took two days to do--one day to replace rotted boards and clean the deck and another day to stain.

Pressure washer performed all duties during a rain storm. He did a great job in spite of the weather and cleaned up the work area when finished. He was on time, polite and professional. The painters came two days later (after more rain) and were on time and all business. The children's play set had two stories, a slide and sandbox and attached swing set. They were thorough, meticulous and did a very acceptable job. Since the work followed a period of much rain, the office personnel did a great job of keeping me informed of their schedule. Wood Medic is a good company, one I would use again and recommend to others without hesitation.

I had all exterior boards on my deck replaced. My deck is about 450 square feet. Lyndon came out and informed me of procedure, time frame and price. He was very courteous and professional. He explained to me that because boards were cedar they will need to be washed to remove film prior to staining. There was no visible film at this time, but he let me know this was needed. I had no doubt that Lyndon could do a quality job. He was highly recommended. The problem was, Lyndon didn't do the work, his crew did. It is my opinion that his crew didn't do a very good job. When the deck was finished there were "globs" of residue on the deck, siding, fence, and patio furniture. I had placed furniture in my yard away from deck so residue on it was puzzling. After I complained, Lyndon came out and inspected the work. He said not to remove residue from deck because it contained some treatment and color. (deck was slightly tinted) He also said residue would vanish by following spring. Here we are almost a year later and residue is still noticeable on the deck. The residue on siding, fence, and furniture are no longer apparent. I had to replace 5 of the new board on the deck and someone from Wood Medic came out and treated these boards. I was not home at the time, but they did a wonderful job.

My husband pressure washed our fence and hired Wood Medic to complete the rest of the job by painting. They were very easy to communicate and schedule with. They were able to complete our job within 4 days of hiring them! We contacted several companies for quotes and the Wood Medics pricing was very competitive. They did a fantastic job of painting and even came back to touch up a few spots that we weren't completely satisfied with. I would definitely recommend using the Wood Medic!

Wood Medic was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I called on a Monday, after receiving an estimate, and Wood Medic performed the job on Wednesday. Lyndon did a great job and I love the California Cedar color. The warranty will set my mind at ease for a few years.

They protected the brick and windows by placing cover over all areas. The deck was tented and the stain applied. When a few areas needed a little more stain, it was done quickly. As a result of their work, the deck looks exceptional (and like new). Wood Medic is a very good company to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was very impressed with this family owned business from my first contact with them. The owner not only came in person to provide estimates, but also took a personal interest in each phase of our projects. He, and his wife, were extremely responsive to all of our questions and phone calls. The owner was often on site at the beginning of each phase to ensure that the work would be completed appropriately. The crews were always courteous and performed their tasks in a thorough and professional manner. I highly recommend this company and will look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Very professional. My plants were covered and not harmed. The deck was cleaned and stained. I have recived so many compliments, they did an excellent job.

Lyndon came to the house and walked the deck, explained what he felt needed done. He answered all of the questions I ask in a very honest way. Told us what they would do and gave us a copy of the proposal with the price on it. I let him know when I would like it done and he told me that it would be. Later I got a call that is could be done sooner. They give me a date to be there to power wash and arrived just when they said they would. The crew came on the appointed date to stain and we had a small amount of rain so after looking it over Lyndon had his crew leave and come back late afternoon when the wood was dry. The stain was done and the crew did a great job. I am very pleased with their work and the company . I will keep their number for future jobs.

The guys did a wonderful job washing and painting my fence. They were very meticulous, as they paid much detail to covering the fence. Really nice job!

The scheduling was very easy - prompt in returning telephone calls. The actual service was simply just o.k. The deck was power washed on a Friday. The stain was put on Monday. The initial staining job was poorly done as not enough stain was applied. I called and emailed pictures to show the company what it looked like. They agreed to come back out and apply more stain. I purchased the stain, they agreed to come back out and not charge labor(?) One shouldn't have to pay twice to get the job done right. Once they were completely done the job did look nice, however. It was just a bit of a hassle to get it done correctly.
