These guys were fantastic. My lot is all kinds of uneven and they did such a great job. They communicated every step of the way so I knew what to expect. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, 100 % high grade cedar. Thick posts, set DEEP! I’m so glad I hired them rather than trying to do it myself. When they say you will have dirt piles left, you will have dirt piles! But that is because they dig the footings for the posts super deep! This fence is not going anywhere!

The fence is still perfect 4 years in! It is amazing! Great choice they will not let you down.

Everything from the quoting process to finished fence went very well. When I had questions/concerns, they were addressed immediately. Their quote was not the cheapest, but they were very comparable to other quotes we received. The fence looks beautiful and seems to function perfectly so far. The gate hardware they used was very sturdy and the whole fence has a great warranty (parts and labor). The only thing I wish they'd done differently was regarding the leftover dirt from the post holes. They told me up front they would leave all that dirt for me to clean up, so I was 100% aware it would happen in advance of hiring them. However, getting rid of that much dirt on my own has turned into much more of a hassle than I realized.

I cannot overstate how great this company is. We originally hired Cedar Creek a few years ago to install a privacy fence in one corner of our yard, and when it was time to do the rest of the yard, we called them again. They, especially Craig, made everything easy and hassle-free. The highlights: they respond very quickly to inquiries, questions, and concerns; they are friendly and professional; they do great work and take pride in doing a good job; they were respectful of my property; they dealt with a minor concern after the job was finished promptly and were very accommodating. My fence looks beautiful, and I am very happy with the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Cedar Creek.

I'd give them all "A's" and I'd use them again. They sent a crew of about 10 people and they completed it quickly. They cleaned up everything. They said they were going to leave some dirt from the posts, but they told me that beforehand.

One of the slates that goes from post to post was broken. Then the slates that are vertical that makes the fence itself. Those were like two or three of those were damaged. So just one of those kind of walls needed repairs and a couple of other slates. What they did was come out and we have kind of a scalloped fence. So some of the different vertical pieces are different lengths and they had to measure these and replace those. What was nice about that was that we didn't have to be there for that . They just came and got a sense of where it was and did an estimate. So it was all done over the phone. That was pretty nice. One big reason why I will recommend them to a family member is because they have a pretty good eye as to how fences kind of decay or get destroyed over time. They kind of do a different thing like they build up the cement in the post holes all the way to the top. Other companies fill the hole to the top with dirt then grass just so you don't see the concrete in them. But though that kind of looks pretty good. It also retains moisture so the post will rot because of it. I get the sense that the way they build the fence last longer.

They surveyed the lot so we could make sure it was on our property like where the property lines were. Then they dug out the post holes. Put up the post and set them up with concrete. They let that set for a day. Then they came the next day and hung the lattices and the fence itself. I think it was a two day project. There were two gates included. One on the side of the house and one on the very back. There were no driveway gate. They did a really good job. We will definitely use them again because sometimes the fence need repairs here and there. They are really good responding to that stuff too.

Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Craig was great to work with. He answered all my questions, and was always punctual. The installation was much faster than I anticipated and turned out exactly the way I wanted.

They did an outstanding job. They hand build their fences. They don't pick up sections somewhere. The details are just outstanding. Our property outback slopes way down and we couldn't use a lot of our yard. I want it to be like an outside room. That's exactly what we've achieved. It's just absolutely beautiful. We've been talking about it for several years and we just decided to do it.

Date was scheduled almost a month out due to scheduling and to allot enough time for HOA approval. Kept in contact with company during that time frame, they were on time and finished within a day (actually only took a couple of hours from start to finish). Everybody from sales to the actual laborers were friendly and professional. Excellent job done! I have gotten a lot of compliments.

Perfect. They installed the fence and it looks great. Only hint... pay to have the dirt removed from the posts unless you plan on moving it the day after the fence is installed. Once the dirt settles, it is a pain to remove.
