Unproffesional, took over a month to do a one day job, no accountability, cannot believe they have been in business for 50 days, much less 50 years.If I didn't experience this for myself, I would have thought this was a parody of how not to do business. Will do my best to send out a buyer beware warning for this company."

Although a gas company supplies gas to homes, connecting gas appliances, like a dryer, is not their responsibility. The primary role of a gas company is to safely deliver gas to a property and maintain the gas supply lines up to a specific point, typically the gas meter or shut off valve.
