"They were on time and even though it was raining and muddy he dug in and got the job done right and efficiently. He had to go for another part as there was an unexpected part needed after the got underground to the pipe yet he was able to go get the part and fix it. "Nathan gave us a reasonable estimate. The problem may have been solved by gasket and caulking--and he tried that first. Excellent price, including materials. Should there be more to it, we definitely will have him back. But it made total sense to start with the "obvious." I should note also that he communicated well, letting us know that he was running late because he was originally given the wrong gasket and had to go back.
