They were really prompt. He came out the day I called to give an estimate. They were pretty responsive and their service is priced reasonably.

After the 2011 May tornados, we were in deparate need to get some trees off the roof. I had called several groups who could not accomodate us as quickly as we need help. However, another Tree Service who did not work in Parke County recommended D and S Tree Service. After listening to our plight, they responded that evening to provide an estimate and removed the trees as soon as the insurance company approved the estimate. Their work was absolutely excellent -- fast, efficient. They spent the day removing the trees very carefully as not to have them snap back and create more damage. They also made sure all of the debris from the roof was picked up so no one would get hurt. They followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay and that we were satisfied with their work. They also sent us Thank You For Your Business card and even a nice Christmas letter from the group. It is so pleasant to work with a business who understand customer service and really means it. I highly recommend this group to anyone who needs tree service.

They were clean and good at what they did. I would rate them an A.

I wasn't real pleased with them. They could only cut down half of the tree because they didn't have enough equipment and the equipment wasn't big enough. They dropped a big limb on the roof, and they dropped limbs on my plants and destroyed my plants. They destroyed the big plants by the house and I'm not happy with them. I will not use their services again in the future.

They have done work for us before and always do a great job. Can't say enough good things about them.

They clean up well. Their bids are always competitive. They do what we ask them to do, and in an artful way. They are very professional. We will use them again.

They were excellent! We had 3 trees around our propane gas tank. They came out first for an estimate. The gentlemen arrived on time and was very pleasant. They were on time to do the work. They completed the job within the estimation. They were very polite. It was just excellent service!

HE IS INCREDIBLY NICE HARD-WORKING, HONEST, ORGANIZED AND REASONABLY PRICED! HE IS ACTUALLY A STATE POLICEMAN WHO DOES THIS ON THE SIDE. HE AND HIS OPERATION ARE PERFECT!! THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL AND THEIR CLEAN UP IS INCREDIBLE.
