"Contacted the company to look at a busted sewer drain pipe for a repair quote. The owner came out and determined that they would come back later that same day to do an inspection of the pipe. They never showed up or called to let me know they were not going to. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Owner said that they would just have to look at it on Monday. Monday came and went and they still did not show or call. Not a good company and will not recommend them to anyone. UPDATE 11/21/2019: Had a sewer gas smell coming from yard so I called DB Plumbing to inspect sewer drain pipe for damage. They sent out a guy that inspected pipe and determined that there was nothing wrong with the pipe. He said that it was probably an issue with the city sewage drain. Dale, owner of the company, called Sanitary District and they were out here the next day to fix the issue. DB Plumbing did not charge me for the work they completed. Great company and I will be recommending them from now on."

He was super helpful with regards to our house and chimney brick work and specifics on helping me to possibly remedy my subpar repair work without spending a ton of money. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"Their on site customer service was good, but their in house and phone support was lacking. I requested a second quote based on agreed work but never received one. I am satisfied with the work they did on the chimney"

I was initially happy with their work. They explained all the problems with the drains and gave me an accurate estimate. They finished the work in a timely and professional manner.

The issue is that the work was done in the winter when the ground was frozen and snow covered. I have spoke to them several times in the past 3 weeks now that the ground is thawed and have been given dates they would come out and repair the groundwork. I have several holes in the yard, one being almost 3 feet deep. I have been scheduled for repairs but to date they have not been done. I'm told each time that they encountered a job that took longer than expected.

If they do the repairs I will come back and amend this review. But at this time could not recommend this company.
