"Do NOT use this company unless you want to be charged astronomically higher than what you should be. I had a furnace/air system put in and charged over 10,000 when unit itself costs a little over 3,000. Had pipes in kitchen alone done and charged 2,800 and left the wall out from floor to ceiling where pipes went. Now 5 years after purchasing this unit tried to charge me $800 for a part repair that was under warranty so that was for labor alone went elsewhere and had done for $180. They take advantage of people that aren’t knowledgeable on what stuff like this should cost. Don’t appreciate repeat customers and you will never pay a fair price avoid at all costs."

As a family with small children and someone who works from a home office- cleanliness, safety, timeliness, clarity, and of course listening to our desired outcome were the top factors for us. I have not worked with a contractor before on a full project and every decision can be nuisanced and overwhelming. Nevertheless, from the time of project planning to contracting to the completion of the job Best 4 U met all the criteria for us and made this process so much easier. They have a great sense of listening both for what is needed and how the customer is feeling along the process. The only time there was ever an issue with the estimated time that they gave us was due to our needing to get another order in and waiting on delivery, completely an issue on our end, not theirs. Otherwise their team was ahead of schedule, not just on time, every time. They communicated every single step of the way sometimes multiple times just to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They managed budget, people, and our need to think through the choices and decisions that were being made. They honored the space of our home with measures to ensure easy cleanup and did a deep clean afterwards. They took a bathroom that needed a lot of work behind the walls and turned it into a masterpiece. From the tile to the tub install to such a beautiful paint job it is lovely. We are waiting for a few cosmetic things but I absolutely love our renovation. I can't wait to start the next job in our house with them.
