From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. "I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. Richard and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. I purchased a home a few months ago that needed serious yard work. You couldn't walk out the door without the weeds in the flower beds attacking you. Richard rearranged his schedule to meet me before work to do a walk thru and quote. After speaking with him I knew he was right for the job. They came out a few days later and worked miracles. All flower beds have been cleaned up, trees pruned, patio "de-weeded", everything edged and they even set the patio up in a cute fashion. "We have a long driveway in the country (100 yds+). With the past heavy snow and severe drifting, our driveway became impassable even for our 4WD pickup. Called Freshscape for a quote. They immediately quoted the job using a maps app. They arrived less than 2 hours later and worked for several hours to clear our driveway. The job was completed exceptionally well. They used a frontloader as well as some hand-shovelling (near our garages) to clear a wider drive than a simple plow would have done and they were very careful to not disturb the driveway stone under the snow.
