"I can't say enough good things about Growing Solutions. They were fast, smart, professional, reasonably priced, very thorough and went above and beyond in every way. Other companies had come out and looked at the job then offered to cut a few limbs here and there for a few hundred bucks, while focusing only on price. But we were worried about the health of the trees and the danger of large limbs falling during storms. Growing Solutions went tree-by-tree detailing the health issues and needs in addition to the trimming. They were the only ones who told us a whole large tree was past saving and should come down and that we needed treatment for ants in two trees. The cutting team is very professional and very fast. This was a lot of work, including some tricky climbing and logistics to make sure we didn't wreck any of our neighbor's fences with large falling limbs. But they were done in less than a full day. They asked us if we wanted any of the wood for fires and then cut and stacked it for us. They also did a great job of cleaning up the yard. They even cleaned out a gutter while they were working on a tree next to the house. Great service all the way around! This might have been the single best Angie's list experience we've had and we start here for almost every home improvement job."

"Communication was poor. Work was done over three days, but the team would show up and leave without any warning or notification. I was right inside the house. Equipment was in our driveway while they worked, which was reasonable, but it would have been nice to be asked about that first, because it meant my car was stuck in the garage the whole time. (I suppose, to be fair, communication was pretty poor with almost all the people we contacted about quotes for this job.) They didn't even notify us when they were done, just mailed an invoice. A message about wanting to pay with credit card was not returned, finally found out they don't take credit card, even though it shows they do here and on their website (they did apologize for this). As for the work itself, they did a decent job removing the tree. They damaged a plant in the front yard and made one or two deep divots in the lawn, but that's probably to be expected. They ground out 95% of the stump and hauled away the excess mulch. Ultimately they got the job done at a competitive price during a busy season, but they won't be our go-to providers for future work."

It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. All four homeowners were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Artistic Touch Tree Service to anyone. We already plan to have them back next year to trim our ornamental trees. It was also great to learn that Chad and his team have done work for our homeowners association, neighboring subdivisions, multiple cities around Central Indiana, and even for the State of Indiana. A first-class experience from start to finish!"

"The crew did a great job at minimizing collateral damage and the clean up was very good. All the dead limbs that had been identified several weeks earlier were removed. The cherry tree ended up being too dangerous to climb so it was stump cut and placed in such a way that nothing was damaged in the effort. I have used Cory and his crew several times in the past and they are our go to tree service provider."

All trees cut down, trees shredded and all debris pickup up and removed. Our grandkids were here and watched them consistently, staff were friendly and kind. Price was reasonable, work superb.
