Drive by 8316 Claridge Road if you'd like to check it out. Van came back the following year and pressure washed and applied a high tech sealant. After almost 3 years, not even a hairline crack is present. I couldn't be happier and have referred Van Croshier to several friends and family, all who've had equally excellent experiences."

"We have lived on a heavily wooded lot for 25 years and got tired of nothing growing in our backyard except huge trees.  We had just had 25 of these large trees removed to let sunshine into our back yard when we first met with Colin.  He arrived promptly for both of our planning/quote meetings.  We discussed a drainage issue in the back yard, and he gave us ideas on how to best solve it, as well as suggested plantings for the borders surrounding much of our back yard.  He explained what type of grass he would be using to seed the lawn, as well as the recycled product that he would cover it with instead of straw.  A few days later he provided a drawing of the plans for the entire back yard, and we approved them, including the work to solve the drainage issue.  He and his crew arrived promptly on the day and time we had agreed upon, and the crew of 5 or 6 worked very diligently and quickly.  2 days later, we had a back yard transformation that was really spectacular!  Of course it started out really awful, but it looked like a completely different back yard.  It looked so nice that it made our front yard look pretty bad, so we asked if he and the crew could spend one more day and redo our front plantings as well.  They were able to stay the extra day and did a great job on the front as they had in the back.  They also "spruced up" a few little areas here and there that I did not expect, so that was a nice surprise.   We do not spend this kind of money lightly, but landscaping is expensive and we feel like we got a good value.  Colin and his crew were very pleasant to work with and they worked long full days to finish on time.  They left everything in perfect order.  Email responses were a little slow from time to time during the planning/billing process as we asked questions, but it was nothing terrible.  The office manager was very nice.  It's hard to find trustworthy providers and this definitely is one.  We would recommend Copper Canyon to anyone!
