He fixed a bedroom doorknob, cautioning us that because the knobs in the house are very old, they're not made anymore & if we ever need to replace them we'll have to search through antique stores. He also checked the house for anything that needed to be prepared for the winter - found a cement block that had worked its way out of the foundation a little bit, and sealed it well with a concrete filler that will keep it from moving anymore (much less expensive than a major foundation repair). He would have repaired a dripping tub faucet, but he couldn't get the water line turned off (our plumber was able to take care of it, but notified the water company of the problematic valve). He had to wait for warmer weather to repair the cement block, but he kept track of it & called us as soon as warmer weather was predicted without our having to follow up with him. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of work and time involved."

They have done everything from replacing a large picture window in a house that had been vandalized before I purchased it to this recent job, which is an upgrade I wanted to make because I have never found an applied glass frosting product (spray or film) with any longevity for a window in a bathtub surround. Their prices are excellent and their service is outstanding. Nice, knowledgeable people who are very helpful and great to work with."

"This company talks about how professional and great they are on their website and in their voicemail. Well, after leaving 2 messages requesting a quote, I received a "text" informing me that he will leave a quote the next day. The next day came .. I was home all day and no quote and not even the courtesy of a phonecall yet I saw him at the post office later that day. Apparently, he knows how to talk a good game but is not capable of following through. If he cant even have the professional courtesy to call or to provide a quote, I can only imagine the lack of quality of the services he offers. I would NOT recommend this company. I hired his competitor and glad I did."
