Brandon the service tech was very professional. His initial thought was that the thermocouple needed to be replace. Once he had done a cleaning and adjustment of the pilot replacement was not necessary. He did an excellent job of adjusting the pilot and repositioning the gas logs and replacement of the pilot. He kept everything clean around his work area. The pilot is much quieter now than it has ever been.

The two gentlemen showed up on-time. This is an almost 9 year old built-in grill that has never been serviced. They worked diligently cleaning for two hours. While this grill brand is not sold by their company (thus they generally cannot get parts), they said would do their best, and were able to fix the gas leak with universal parts available in the truck. The grill is the cleanest I can remember since new (and cleaner than I could ever do), thus they did a great job.

Went great. they were able to come out, quickly clean out my clogged gas line for the fire pit, and got me back up and running in less than an hour, for a price lower than I expected. Will definitely use again.

Had to wait weeks before getting someone out, when they finally came out they could fix my problem, had to wait a few more weeks to get a part, which was not the right part, and in between received a bill for $149 for a 5 min service call that did not fix my problem!! Called to complain and Scott was very rude to me and hung up on me!! I recommend staying away from this company!!!

Very helpful explanation about the difference between vented and ventless fireplaces. Explained all our options. A service man came out to make measurements and returned to do the installation, which only took about 30-45 minutes. He was very clean throughout the process. He carefully explained & showed me how to use the system.

O'malia was willing to come out while I was at work. This was convenient. I asked them to replace an electrical component to my grill which had grown water damaged over several seasons. Instead, they cleaned my grill and left me hand written instructions as to how to turn my grill on (?). However, the damaged part was not replaced. Nor were plans made to replace it at a future appointment. Further, they had blown the GFI leading to my grill and all of my outdoor lighting and had refused any responsibility in doing so. The cost for NOT performing the job I had requested and leaving my GFI blown was $150, in addition to the time I spent researching how to fix a GFI myself. I would not recommend this company. In asking the company to please make this right, the company has elected stop communicating with me and has approached me quite abrasively, placing blame on me for the blown GFI

It is our goal to make you a satisfied customer. According to our technicians paperwork, the grill tested OK during our recent service visit and we did not install any parts. We back our work with a Service Promise and given your grill is not operating, we are more than happy to make a return visit with no additional labor charges. I am sorry for the problems you experienced with your electrical. Our technicians should be doing nothing more than plugging and unplugging your equipment when necessary. We are not licensed electricians, however, we can instruct our technicians to look at your GFI switch on the return visit and advice on it. Once again, we are not perfect but we do try very hard."
