Bryan from Distinctive Glass is terrific to work with. He came out and explained the different films and left samples for us to pick the best. The pricing is very reasonable especially with the excellent customer service. I would definitely have Bryan perform work again at my house.

Based on the great reviews on Angie's List, we requested a quote on a Wednesday morning and Bryan phoned us back the same day to set up an appointment on that Friday at 1pm. He followed-up with a confirmation email and he arrived right on time. He patiently and attentively examined our needs - 3 glass doors on first floor, 4 windows on second floor - and provided us with great options AND also educated us on nighttime exterior lighting needs to ensure we ended up with exactly the privacy we wanted. He gave us a quote (with a generous Angie's list discount), we accepted and he completed the work that same Friday before 3pm. The end result was better than we imagined and faster than we imagined. He wrapped up by providing us a very organized 'information package' that included a lifetime warranty for materials AND labor. We are tremendously happy with Bryan's excellent professionalism and superior quality work and we plan to have Bryan tint our remaining 10+ windows next summer. We highly recommend Bryan/DISTINCTIVE GLASS

Bryan was fantastic. He was respectful, professional, and punctual at all times. Any time he was in our home he wore footies so as not to soil our carpet. While completing the work, he stayed focused and didn't waste time. As a result of that and his skill level, the job went smoothly and quickly. We would definitely hire him again.

tinting on windows was installed without any wrinkles - cannot tell it’s on the windows. The tinting has been very helpful to reduce heat and glare in the room.

We had Distinctive Glass apply reflective film to several of our windows that get a lot of afternoon sun. When first quoting, Bryan helped walk us through all of the options to see what would work best for us and what would fit into our budget. We chose Distinctive Glass over the other companies who quoted because of Bryan's attention to detail and professionalism. He took the time to actually show us the options and explain everything to us. The actual application of the film to the windows was flawless, even on our 18 foot high windows. The film has been on our windows for over a year and still in great shape.

Bryan Shouse was great to work with--very professional and meticulous. There was a bubble in the film for my huge picture window and he immediately pulled it off and applied a brand new piece. I love that kind of service--so rare these days when so many businesses think one should be content with sub-par results. Way to go Bryan!!

Bryan was extremely informative, friendly, and helpful!! He worked quietly and quickly while still preforming a high degree of quality. I cant even see the film on my windows and don't notice it at all! now I don't have to worry about carpets or furniture fading in my older home as had previously happened. Great! We are very happy with the windows and very glad that we went with Distinctive glass. He had extensive knowledge and helped guide us to the right film for our needs! He priced everything out and explained the process. He took his time and did everything to ensure that the windows look great! He even finished earlier than expected and made sure there was still room for guests who were waiting! We are so happy and the front waiting room is much cooler without the constant glare of the sun.
