Jim did an excellent job! The quality of product and service were top notch. He was professional and took care of our home and cleaned after installation. Supplies took awhile to get here but that was not his fault and he made it up to us anyways. Would recommend!

Very well! From the outset I was impressed by the professionalism of the operation. Prompt response to my initial phone call; prompt visit to measure the window and a quick turn around when a replacement window was located. Work was done quickly and neatly.
And to top it off - the total cost was less than the original estimate!
I hope I don't have to replace any other double pane windows, but if I do, I know who I will call.

I called a member specialist from Angie's List to get a dozen service providers for window repair service. I was calling, and then I was starting to have trouble since they seemed not be charging me reasonably. I called one company, Northside Glass and Mirror, and over the phone they seemed to be offering a reasonable price. But there's a catch. They emphasized again and again that the price might be higher once they had examined the windows. It bothered me because I gave the measurements over the phone, and I thought that might be a catch to bring customers in. So I decided to continue calling more down the list, and then I called one company that did not do repair, but only sold mirrors and windows per the owner. That owner highly recommended Kelly Glass & Mirror for repair. I thought that Mr. Jim Kelly must have a good reputation, so I was looking forward to speaking to him. Even though I called him on a weekend, he promptly answered my calls. I gave him a measurement over the phone, and then he wanted to know about the description of the window. Then he gave me the price over the phone. His price was about the same as the Northside Window, but he honestly stated the price without emphasizing that the price may change upon inspection. He seemed like a very honest, down to earth, genuine, mild mannered, kind gentleman. So I decided to bring the windows to him at his shop on the east side. My judgement of character proved to be true, and he was a down to earth, kind gentleman. I explained to him that my mom is a senior citizen living on a fixed income. I pleaded with him to make sure that he charged her reasonably. In an inspection of the windows, I made an honest mistake that one of the windows was a little bit large than the other I had measured and on top of that it had a grid. According to Mr Kelly, the grid is a pain in the butt to replace as it is more complicated. So even though I made an honest mistake and it would take more time to fix these, he said would honor the same price, considering my mom's situation. I really appreciated his compassion and honest from the bottom of my heart. He told me that it would take over a week, and that he would let me know as soon as the windows were ready. I was so relieved to hear that because the cold weather was approaching. Within a week or so, as promised, he called me to tell me the windows were ready. When I went to pick up the window, I was so surprised and very impressed to see that the window looked almost new again. When I left the window with him, it was so shattered in so many places that I had had to hold it together with a few rolls of masking tape. I had been worried about the residue of the adhesive it might have left, but there was none on the glass at all. I thought that he was almost a perfectionist. He is very professional. He must have a really good reputation because of his high standards and professional work. When I called him on the weekend, he said he was working on a big project that was for mirrors for a big casino down south. I was very happy with the work he had done. When I came to pick up the window and he showed me the spring mounted latches that were worn out, I learned from him that the window was not secure and that had caused the problem. He told me that because of my mom's financial situation instead of using the profession repair, he said I could buy the spring mounted latches from the hardware store and replace them on my own instead of using the repair service. I had no clue how to do this so I contacted him again to see how much it would cost to replace these three sets of spring mounted latches. He told me $100-$120 for three windows. Again he advised me to go to the hardware store to fix it on my own to save money. He told me that he didn't mind, and that he would send his repair man to see what size spring mounted latches were needed. His repairman came to check the parts. He was a really nice gentleman. He addressed to me that this part would be harder to find as the house is about 20 years old, and he was unsure if we would be able to find the part. I was so appreciative that Mr Kelly did not charge the service fee to come check this. I thought that it was very kind of him to look after senior citizens. I decided to go investigate on my own, I went to Menards' window section to inquire about this part. They were not able to help. After his service man was here, I contacted Mr Kelly again because I was afraid the window would get knocked over with the winter storms approaching. He address again to me that I should go to the hardware store and get the part myself. I contacted TruValue Hardware store and talked to the manager there. I explained to him that I needed this part, and they could not understand me at all. I asked Mr Kelly if it was okay if the manager of the hardware store called him to instruct him on what part I needed, he stated he did not mind. When I talked to the manager of the hardware store after he had talked to Mr Kelly, he stated his store did not carry this part. I contacted Mr Kelly again to see what store would carry this part. He advised Do It Yourself hardware store in Fishers may have the part. I contacted that hardware store manager and explained the part to him and he told me he carried several kinds. I was very confused. I contacted Mr Kelly again to see if the manager of Do It Yourself could contact him about the part, he agreed. Mr Kelly told him exactly what part I needed, and the manager put it by the cash register for me to come get. Mr Kelly saved me a lot of trouble and time and running around town to look for the parts which I wasn't familiar with. Without Mr Kelly's help, there was no way I could have found the right part in the right size. I really appreciate his dedication even when he was busy. He really went the extra mile to help our family. The parts were inexpensive. The owner of a siding company that is going to be doing our warranty siding project later, is just like Mr Kelly. They are extraordinary providers.  His crew put all three sets of latches in the windows for free to help my mother out. In the long run because of these selfless, compassionate, kind providers it didn't cost hardly anything to fix these windows for my mother. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to Mr Kelly's good deeds my mother's problem is corrected. I highly recommend Kelly's Glass & Mirror to everyone.

I highly recommend Kelly Glass and Mirror based on my experience. My initial phone call was promptly answered. Kelly Glass and Mirror came out one time to measure and provide a quote: two professional gentlemen came into my home, looked at my projects, and were finished quickly. The quote was provided the same day via email. Kelly Glass and Mirror was back out within a week for the installation of a beautiful frameless glass shower door, and two glass tabletops. The installers were professional, quiet, and quick - but they took their time to clean the glass and clean up after themselves. Very pleased with their price, quality, and service.

We love our new shower glass - it looks great! The process took 2 appointments - one to measure for the glass and one to install. Both times the crew was friendly and efficient. During the measurement visit, the crew discussed options with us and had great ideas about how to enclose the tiled shower stall and maximize the appearance of the glass. We also visited the showroom to meet with the owner. No one tried to give us an upsell or talk us into something we didn't want. Installation went well and the crew gave us guidance on how to clean the glass and what NOT to use since a coating had been applied.
We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I just needed the glass replaced in a storm window that was broken. I brought it over to Kelly Glass and Mirror, they looked at it, gave me an approximate price (which was very good) and said they could immediately fix it. I was able to run and do an errand it come back and pick it up right away. The window looked great, it was a very reasonable price in my opinion, and the employees were very friendly and professional. I was most impressed at how quickly they could get it fixed.
I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for similar needs.

I walked into their store front and was immediately greeted by a very friendly man. I told him what I needed and he looked at the door to the table where the glass was to be put in. He suggested several different options. He happily cut four pieces of glass that fit perfectly into the front of the doors. I was so surprised by the price he quoted me. The whole process was only about 15 minutes to get four pieces of glass cut and the edges sanded. I will definitely use Kelly Glass again.

Priced shopped for shelves by phone and on-line. There were large differences in prices between companies. From lowest to highest the quotes were more than doubled.
Jim, the owner, said he could get the shelves when I needed them at a competitive rate.
Shelves were ready on time. I picked them up at his store. They packed the shelves, marked them by size, and carried them to the car.
The complete experience was very good. They were pleasant and very helpful.

I contacted Kelly Glass and Mirror about a window by our front door in which the outer pane had shattered. Jim Kelly emailed me back promptly about the price to replace the window. I called him to let him know that we did want him to replace the window. He said he could come the following afternoon to replace it. He called when he was on his way, was prompt, and spent about an hour replacing the window. I was pleased with his promptness in getting back to me when I first contacted him and I was pleased with his work and his price. I would highly recommend him!

We asked 3 companies for quotes. One of the companies was hesitant about the job and being able to match the glass color. Kelly Glass responded quickly to the bid request, did not hesitate about being able to do the work and provided a bid that was $300 - $400 less than the other 2 companies. They ordered the glass, installed it promptly and did an excellent job. Great work!

Jim Kelly (business owner) installed a floor to ceiling glass shower enclosure in my master bath approximately 6 years ago. Because of the design of the shower, I requested the glass door be attached to one of the glass panels rather than the wall. A few weeks ago, the silicone caulking which keeps the glass panel tight against the metal ceiling frame detached, allowing the glass panel to "wiggle" a bit within the metal "U" channel. I considered this normal maintenance as caulking doesn't last forever, particularly with the added weight/stress of the attached shower door opening/closing several times a day. While I could have done this maintenance myself, I preferred to have a professional inspect the shower enclosure to make there were no other issues before reapplying caulk. Jim promptly sent a service crew out and they recaulked the glass panel AT NO CHARGE, even though this was routine maintenance and not any kind of defect in either the materials or labor of the original installation of the shower enclosure. Jim's original work installing my shower enclosure was exceptional but taking care of this maintenance for me 6 years later goes beyond my expectations.
