They did a fantastic job! They came out a measured and only 2 weeks later it’s installed. Erin is very friendly and easy to work with! The install guys were professional and the quality of work shows!

The person who showed up to do the work was fantastic. He was professional, called when he was on his way and did a great job. I do have a couple of complaints. When I made my initial call to Suburban first think Monday morning I was told they were getting ready to meet to put their schedule together for the week and someone would call me back after the meeting to tell me when my job was scheduled. No one ever returned my call. Finally I called them back on Tuesday afternoon and was placed on hold for several minutes and then told that they would research my job and call me back. Again no one returned my call. Finally late in the day I receive a voice mail message telling me that they what'd a cancellation for Wed. So they would be there then. I have to wonder if I was ever really on the schedule and what if that time had not worked for me? I also believe that there price is double what it should be. $217.66 for less than 30 minutes and a job site that was about 12 miles from their place of business. They advertise they give a senior discount which they do not honor.

The installation was fine. However, in September 2014, I called them to say that three of the windows had the seal broken. This would be a warranty claim. They said someone would get back to me. Two weeks later I called again and talked with the manager. She arranged a meeting to have someone come and look at the windows. This was in September. They said they would submit the order for replacement windows, and we decided to have them install them.
Hearing nothing, in early December I emailed the manager. She replied that she'd look into it and get back to me. It is now the middle of January, and I have heard nothing, zip, zero about this order.
In every case, I have had to contact this company. There have done nothing to keep me informed about what is going on.

Called and spoke to Paul on 12/18/14. He told me if I would come in on 12/19 and order the mirrors by noon they could have them for me on 12/23. They called on 12/23 and I was able to have the mirrors installed before the holidays! They were very professional and had the best prices!

.  Everything went smoothly.  The door looks great.  I received super customer service from Paul Smith at SGS.  If ever I need another shower door I will be sure to use them again.

I just wrote a review and now want to attach pictures.

After contracting with Warren Flooring to redo my bathroom shower unit, I went to SGS to look at the options for glass doors. They were helpful but the decision could not be made until the tile was actually installed. Before this was done I inquired about a frame for my bathroom mirror and Erin suggested that I consider glass edging that could be added to my mirror to give it a finished look. I decided to go with the glass edging. The guys came and measured for the door. Because the sink was on one end of the shower unit and a towel rack was on the other end I had to go with two stationary glass panels on either end with the door being in the middle. They said I needed a track across the top of the glass panels to better hold the glass in place. I had not wanted a frame, but I decided to go with it and the frame over the top of the glass panels does not detract from the look of the shower unit. I choose a door pull in oiled rubbed bronze to match my shower fixtures. Also while they were here, I inquired about having a section of glass replaced in my china hutch that had fallen out about 17 years ago. They said they could do that. The glass doors came in with the wrong door handle. The one that was sent was more expensive that the one that I had ordered. I drove back to SGS to check it out and decided I liked the door handle better than the one I had chosen. She sold it to me at the price of the one I had originally ordered which I appreciated. They did an excellent job of installing the glass doors which took about 3 and 1/2 hours. They added the trim to the mirror and then cut a piece of glass for my china hutch. It was so much brighter than the older glass that they cut a new piece for the other side of the hutch. Everything went well and was professionally done. I would highly recommend Suburban Glass Service for any glass needs that you may have.

He came out.measured.inside and out.gave me the estimate the following morning..I went with it and it was installed in 3 weeks..for it was ordered..its a very large bedroom window.and it must open..they are a super company and id use them again..very professional

They actually advised me of how to save money by bringing in the frame rather than having a tech come out. This saved me $100!

They were wonderful. They did a great installation and they have a great salesman named Tom. They have excellent qualities. They were here on time. They did the job in a timely fashion. When they were done with the work, they cleaned up. They did what you would expect them to do. Their pricing was what I expected. I would recommend them to everybody.

We had two doors that we wanted to replace. We had a hard time finding doors with the options that we wanted. We looked for doors for 6 months just trying to find a dealer who could get the options we wanted. After being laughed at and let down by other dealers, which included a few and quot;big boxand quot; stores, we found Suburban Glass. Jeff first came out to see the current doors, measure, and give us information. We initially didn't think he was able to get what we wanted either, but he kept looking for us. He didn't give up, he found a supplier of his that could get exactly what we wanted. We were very happy to hear this! We would finally get the doors with the options we wanted! The install took all day. The installers did an excellent job. I watched them as they carefully remove trim, the old doors and install the new ones. They were careful, friendly, and I am very happy with the installation. They were also timely with their arrival the day of the install. A couple days later we had an issue with the blinds on one of the doors. Jeff came out and took a look at it and a few weeks later it was fixed. I will use them again for all our door and window needs. I am very happy with the service we received, quality of the doors, price, and the work they performed in both installation and the process of getting the blinds fixed.

Suburban Glass installers replaced all fogged glass with double-pane glass. This required taking apart the frames, which for the round-top windows,was not a simple task! They also adjusted and realigned all windows that open, replaced any broken cranks and installed weatherstripping which I had purchased from Suburban Glass several years ago. The workers arrived on time, did the work neatly, and did not damage anything in the process. They did everything as quoted with no surprises or additional charges.
Unless you have windows with wood rot that may require glass and frame replacement, Suburban Glass can simply replace the glass. This saved us thousands of dollars over custom replacement windows.

Great experience. Prior to the install, SGS notified me of a couple of minor differences with the glass they received, and offered to reorder or take a price reduction - whichever was most acceptable to me. The price reduction they offered was very fair in my opinion, so the install was completed as scheduled. We are very happy with the result and the installer was very courteous and thorough in the installation and cleanup afterwards.
Jeff, in sales, was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as a great communicator who kept us informed throughout the process. We came to appreciate his professionalism and honesty even more while discussing the potential for a replacement upgrade of a bow window in our kitchen/dining area. Our home is nearly 40 years old, and as Jeff discovered and shared with us, presents a number of challenges for this type of bow upgrade including full brick exterior and a copper roof over the current bow window that we hope to retain with the new window. Jeff even brought the vendor's district rep to our house to help evaluate the situation and provide Jeff with corporate contacts to examine the potential roadblocks to getting an upgraded bow without getting into the costly realm of and quot;custom designand quot;. Jeff presented us with a replacement option that will work, and we plan to utilize SGS for that replacement in the not-too-distant future.
Jeff could have easily put us into a replacement window that didn't fit the brick opening or copper roof properly, would need to be caulked excessively at multiple points along the frame, trim and roofing, and we probably wouldn't have known the difference, at least not until the caulking started to shrink and leaks developed due to the Western exposure to sun, wind, and rain. But his personal integrity and honesty wouldn't allow that, and we very much appreciate his candor and support.

They were very prompt and courteous. They had good customer service. The quote the woman gave was also very accurate. The young man who did the work was also very prompt and professional. He did a neat and clean job. I was very please with service.

The job went well. They were on time. They did a quality job. I might use them in the future.

I did not use him. He was higher than the guy that I was going to go with. He was good and very informative. He came on a moments notice and he was here within just a few minutes. My parents have been in the hospital and I was trying to work around. I was getting ready to go to the hospital and he said he would be here within half an hour and it would take 15 to 20 minutes to do the estimate. He was very workable for me. He was flexible. I would use him in the future.

This company is excellent. They're personalized. When they were installing our shower door, the technician noticed a scratch on the door and ordered a new one. They pay attention to detail and I appreciate that. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them.

The windows proved difficult to install and during the process he broke 3 windows. He never batted an eye and was quick to return with 3 replacements. Most recently I discovered an issue. I live out in the woods and I have a woodpecker that likes to knock holes in the house. I climbed up on the 2nd story to take a look and noticed that one of the windows appeared to have come loose. I called Suburban Glass and they had someone out the very next day to make sure the window was sealed. This was 7 years after they did the work and I think it is excellent that they were willing to follow up so quickly.
