The contractor doing the work did the work exactly as it was presented to the property owner. The outcome was less than desirable. Even after all work was done, the floors on the second level bounced so much so that a second contractor and property owner had to do considerable work to correct the situation. Will revise review if the situation is rectified.

It was a fabulous wonderful experience. I will never use anyone else. They are great.

I had a wall in my dining room that had floor to ceiling mirrors attached to it.  We were having work done to the house that would have damaged the mirrors and we didn't really like them anyway so we removed the mirrors.  There was too much adhesive on the mirrors to take them off clean so we pretty much had to rip them off the wall.
Vickery came in a week or two later and replaced the drywall in a few short hours.  They came back the following day to sand and make any touch ups that may have been needed.  The wall looked fantastic and was ready for paint.  The contractor that came (and did the majority of the work) was very nice.  For follow-up visit Mark Vickery came to finish the job (sand).
I would definitely use them again!

For what they did, they were moderately priced to upper. But, we chose them based on price. When their people were not doing the work, their subcontractors were excellent. We felt very comfortable with them. If there was ever a question or problem, Mark took care of it on the spot. There was not any wait or downtime or anything of that nature. There were things that came up during the remodel that needed to be done and he took care of it very professionally. It was a very good experience all the way around. We got along very well with the contractors.

Went really well.   Great space, well planned and now I have an new room that adds value to my home.

They have poured a new driveway. They have also built a new porch. Neighbors have even made compliments and said it looks great. He always returns our phone calls. He is good about making adjusting when we want to make changes. His workman have always been very good and I feel comfortable with having them in my home. Mark is great to work with and his prices are reasonable. He also always calls to let us know if they cannot arrive when the originally scheduled was.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THEY WERE DOING. MARK TOOK CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS QUICKLY AND MADE SURE THEY WERE SOLVED.

We had used Vickrey on previous home improvement projects and so invited the owner (Mark) to bid on the family room fireplace wall project. He was one of two bids collected, with both being about the same amount of money. We selected Vickrey because we wanted to work with a remodeler who provides new ideas and options on what to do and how to do things - vs. one that only does exactly what the customer wants (or thinks they want).
Vickrey did all the work, provided several catalogs to help with the selection of decorative molding for the mantel, and did all the work. The crew constructed a dust barrier in the room to minimize dust traveling to other areas of the house. New ideas provided by Vickrey and accepted by the customer were special lighting effects on the custom cabinets on either side of the fireplace- and also a special design for the hearth.
There was one wood seam separation problem (in wood paneling above the mantel) that appeared several months after the project was completed (due to changing humidity in the home at different seasons). This should not have happened - so, after Vickrey was contacted about the problem, they came in and replaced the affected wood sections, including repainting (at no cost to the customer). Summarizing several projects that Vickrey has done for us, they always check on a project after completion to make sure the customer is satisfied. If not, they do whatever is necessary to resolve the issue.

They're very neat and tidy. What they did was very good and they are not very clear on their estimates. They try to come here at very low bid and by the time the job done it gets much higher than what you have started with. I guess when you start a project it's better to know the price right upfront. It's was originally 7000$ but I ended up 15000$.

They were very professional. The best thing was the coordination of the plumbers, electricians, carpenters and other subcontractors. They were very well organized.

Mark came out soon after I called him and estimated the job. After accepting his bid we picked out the products we wanted and met with him to go over the design. His crew came out after all the materials arrived and started construction. His crew was great, only had one little accident with some stain on the carpet, but Mark made the situation right. Overall it was a good experience and his crew did excellent work.

The workers are prompted and friendly. Did a very good job.

Mark was great to work with. Easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and communicated with me very well. His workers were very pleasant to deal with and showed up on time and finished the work they said they would do.
I had a leak in the bathroom and called Mark and he took care of it right away-- impressive!

The service has been great. They are very dependable, honest, and we do not use anyone else. They can provided any type of work needed.

Transformed our 1955 bedroom, bathroom and closet into an updated masterpiece. Mark and all of his employees were easy to work with and extremely knowledgable. I would recommend this company enthusiastically!

Mark Vickery and his guys were great to work with. They are craftsmen, do excellent work, were prompt and respectful of our home and pets. We used them in 2006 to remodel our Kitchen. They did a great job thats why we used them for this remodel. We are very please with the results of their work.

They came in and gave me a price along with a lot of other helpful information. The job went quickly and was of good quality. That should be a given in this business but it isn't. That is why I appreciated it even more!

We had a new bathroom put in May 2010 by Mr. Vickerey and his crew. It took alittle over a month of doing, he was a little expensive, but the work was done perfectly as I had designed it,. We took the utility room and made it into a bathroom only bigger and made the bathroom, which was quite small and made that the utility room, with loover doors. And where the bathtub was previously was made into a pantry. It was completely gutted down to the floor joists and reconstructed, with all new plumbing, electrical and flooring and exhaust and heating vents through out, both rooms. It looks great. Most of the fixtures including cupboards and fixtures came from Lowe's and toilet and shower stall came from Lowe's also. It looks great. Mr Vickrey was most pleased, until one of his contractors that was the plumbing horsed up the shower, and we sprung a leak a year later. We then had to get his insurance involved to resolve everything, but all in all Mr. Vickrey did a great job and i would recommend him to anyone.

We had contacted Mark approximately 1 1/2 years prior about an estimate and we were finally ready to start the project by 3/2011. It took approximately 2-3 weeks to get the estimate. Unfortunately when we did have nice weather Mark's team was on another job so the start up was slow. We finally got the project started after Memorial Day. The work progressed quickly after that. The crew was great. Mark used a sub for electric, plumbing and heating/air. The plumbing was OK. Seemed to be miscommunication with them. We did our own inside trim,painting, doors and flooring.

Overall the project turned out great. Neighbors liked it and my grandparents are happy living with us. The price seemed a little high but we understand that workers have to be paid. Don't always go with the lowest price. We did this with our other remodel and it took 5 months to complete and was not as large as this addition was.

This was a wonderful experience. The man who came out was very honest and trustworthy, was very fair with me and followed up after the work had all been completed to make sure everything turned out exactly the way I wanted and to know how things had been going for me. He had to send out plumbers and electricians before he could do the job and the people he sent out were just as good as him. I would definitely use Vickrey again in the future.

The estimate process was thorough, the removal process was quick and the installation process was fine. Weather played a part and caused a brief delay, but otherwise, everything went well. Vickrey is reasonable to work with and the entire team seemed professional.
