Bob was prompt and polite. He fixed a bedroom doorknob, cautioning us that because the knobs in the house are very old, they're not made anymore & if we ever need to replace them we'll have to search through antique stores. He also checked the house for anything that needed to be prepared for the winter - found a cement block that had worked its way out of the foundation a little bit, and sealed it well with a concrete filler that will keep it from moving anymore (much less expensive than a major foundation repair). He would have repaired a dripping tub faucet, but he couldn't get the water line turned off (our plumber was able to take care of it, but notified the water company of the problematic valve). He had to wait for warmer weather to repair the cement block, but he kept track of it & called us as soon as warmer weather was predicted without our having to follow up with him. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of work and time involved.

Bob is fabulous. He is extremely reliable, very nice, and moderately and his charges are moderate and more than fair. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bob arrives on time, gets a good grasp of all the issues, and tells me what to expect--how long it will take him, what the job will look like when it's finished. He even gets along with my dog.
