"It was poor. He had poor communication. He was not organized I had to make the workers take down the wood they put up. Cost too much money for labor. I had to communicate with Bob in order for his workers to do a better job. He demonstrated a poor customer service towards me as a client. Before you hire a contractor make sure they are licensed and provide good quality service to their other customers and please check the reviews before hiring any contractor. Bob and another gentleman that was an IT guy approached me weeks before the project was done to give him a 5 star rating to get his reviews up online. I did so to help out and support. I went online and read numerous of bad reviews and got worried. I decided to give Bob a chance based on his past experience with me. Nevertheless, after he completed the work on my house he did not meet my expectations."

My drywall was scheduled to be remediated, cut out and I was told last minute by this individual that he was not planning on coming to do the work in my house. He accused me of having details incorrect on the quote I was given although when I contacted the office the information, I had was correct. This individual was very unprofessional and rude and actually made some discriminatory remarks about my home saying I needed a hygienist to come out to my home and then declining to do the work in my home entirely. I had a leak in my home as my sewage backed up. Of course my home needed to have some work done on it and that is why I contacted the company. I ended up contacting another remediation company who literally came out to my home days later and completed the job with no hassle. I delayed writing a review regarding this company but felt it was necessary based on how this individual treated me and how the company was unwilling to actually assist me as a customer but decided to uphold a very unprofessional worker. To this day I am still in dismay by how I was treated."

"This was the worst contractor I have ever worked with. It's hard to list all of the issues, but the rude and confrontational attitude from the owner is my top complaint. The workers did not wear masks while jackhammering out the concrete and did not bring a fan. They ended up removing my dryer vent and putting my box fan in the window for ventilation. They did not reinstall the dryer vent. Concrete that was laid over drains was bumpy and uneven. Workers could not explain how to use the battery back-up sump pump that was installed. The sump pump drain pipe was put in the middle of the yard to leave a large pool of water in the yard. Nothing was done to cover the pipe or make it drain off into landscaping. They also rebuilt a stone wall, which Wayne had said would be done with gravel backing and rebar. Instead the workers just restacked the blocks that had fallen over. When I expressed displeasure at the end of the day, the workers would not leave until I signed off. After a long conversation with Wayne over the phone I felt forced to sign off for work I was unhappy with. A few weeks after work was completed there was leaking in the basement again. Wayne came out to inspect, but said the leaking was coming from underneath a different part of the house that he didn't work with. I stated that he guaranteed the basement would be dry and it was still leaking. He became confrontational and abusive with me and even threatened to sue me. I ended up dropping my complaints because I did not want to deal with him any more."
