There was a mix up with payment up front, which costed about 35 minutes, but it was resolved and customer service said they would resolve this for future customers. If you plan to use multiple payment methods, my recommendation would be to have a backup plan or call the front office to arrange things before installation."

Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable.
