"Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. Carpets had some pet stains I couldn't get out. They looked great when he was done. I plan to use him twice a year for carpets. The majority of the cost was related to all the tile work. Carpet cleaning was very well priced."
