The contractors demoed my bathroom quickly and cleanly. Then They installed a new vanity & fixtures, a new toilet, vinyl tile, mirrors and painted the space quickly and cleanly. We contracted with Ben Muhlenkamp and Benjamin Design Build to re-model the kitchen in our home in January of 2024. The last minor remodel on our kitchen was done approximately in 2007. This kitchen remodel was very extensive as our ceiling was raised and we were having new cabinets installed, extending to the ceiling, new quartz countertops, new stainless deep set sink, lighting, and a gas line installed for a new gas range in n place of the former electric range. After meeting with Ben to discuss our scope of work in February of 2024, work began with extensive demolition work in mid-March of 2024. The ceiling and walls were opened up and electrical and plumbing rerouting was necessary due to kitchen bulkheads being removed and the ceiling being raised. The contracted work included painting of the walls and ceiling in the kitchen along with the lower wall wainscoting. The work was completed in late April and Ben even came back for some additional follow-up work for us. Overall we were very pleased with his work and that of the work crews for the demo, electrical, plumbing, painting and installation work. The cabinets, sink and countertop were all supplied at Ben's recommendation by Stone and Cabinet Expo in Indianapolis. New kitchen appliances (refrigerator, gas range, and over range microwave) were purchased and installed by a local Indianapolis appliance supplier, Grand Appliance. We would very much recommend working Ben Muhlenkamp and Benjamin Design Build on any future home remodeling work based on our experience.

I worked with Ben remote for the renovation of our daughter s condo in Carmel. I needed someone to manage the project from start to finish. The custom built cabinets for her kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms are beautiful. She also needed a custom designed cabinet built for an awkward space in her living room. It turned out perfect and will provide her with a lot of extra storage capacity. We needed a lot of electrical work, and his electrician was so good to work with. He was accommodating and patient. The entire condo needed painted from top to bottom and the painter was great at repairing drywall damage. He was accommodating and available for many touch ups and repairs. I would hire Ben again. You will not find a nicer, kinder person to work with, and he truly wants you to be happy and satisfied with the finished project. When I hired Ben, I knew exactly what I wanted and he facilitated the entire project. I was in town a few times, but the majority of our communication was through FaceTime, text and phone calls. He was ALWAYS available, which I appreciated so much. We ended the project ahead of schedule, and I know I would not have been able to accomplish that on my own. Thank you Ben, for helping to make our daughters dream home a reality.
