"Van Croshier concrete is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired. Lead by Van Croshier himself, their company is honest, trustworthy, and does excellent work. He's a straight shooter which is hard to find these days. I encourage you to call Van directly with any questions. My driveway is huge, and needed specific engineering to get the grade, slope, and drainage just right. The result is perfection. I receive compliments often from neighbors "you driveway is beautiful, who did the work?" Compliments on a driveway!? yes. You really have to see it in person. Drive by 8316 Claridge Road if you'd like to check it out. Van came back the following year and pressure washed and applied a high tech sealant. After almost 3 years, not even a hairline crack is present. I couldn't be happier and have referred Van Croshier to several friends and family, all who've had equally excellent experiences."

They were clearly a well-trained crew who took great care to minimize any damage to the lawn from transporting removed pavers and concrete and placing the new concrete in our back yard. "Went well. Indianapolis Concrete came out to remove driveway asphalt that was a bit sunken and sloping downward toward our garage doors. They then poured a new concrete strip that was valley-sloped with an center channel drain to allow any water runoff to feed into the buried downspout at corner of house. While they were out they ended up adding a small concrete corner to allow for garbage can storage. The project manager was effective in communication and multiple visits (before and after project completion), and price was reasonable in comparison to other quotes I received. Work was done summer 2019 and so far has held up well. Would use them again for future concrete work."

It was a good quality estimate. It was not hand written it was typed up and had a lot of detail. "The work is fantastic, and the experience was phenomenal. We actually asked Cathy, the owner, to come out and give us an estimate almost a year ago, but then had to make another, more urgent repair and had to wait on this one. When we were ready we contacted Cathy and she sent her crew out to get started. The workers were considerate, clean, and immensely talented at their jobs. They broke up all the old concrete and hauled it away, and set up the framing for the new work. The weather wasn't cooperating so they had to come back a few days later to pour. The new concrete is amazing. We asked for a brush finish and it looks fantastic. They went the extra distance in repairing old areas that time had adversely affected. They encountered a couple of surprises and navigated them flawlessly, and they cleaned everything up at the end of each day. We can see the care they took everywhere we look. We very highly recommend Cathy and her team!"
