He's a straight shooter which is hard to find these days. I encourage you to call Van directly with any questions. My driveway is huge, and needed specific engineering to get the grade, slope, and drainage just right. The result is perfection. I receive compliments often from neighbors "you driveway is beautiful, who did the work?" Compliments on a driveway!? yes. You really have to see it in person. Drive by 8316 Claridge Road if you'd like to check it out. Van came back the following year and pressure washed and applied a high tech sealant. After almost 3 years, not even a hairline crack is present. I couldn't be happier and have referred Van Croshier to several friends and family, all who've had equally excellent experiences."

"Chris Wagner and crew were prompt on communication, bidding, and job completion. The project result is fantastic. They were clearly a well-trained crew who took great care to minimize any damage to the lawn from transporting removed pavers and concrete and placing the new concrete in our back yard. It was a good quality estimate. It was not hand written it was typed up and had a lot of detail. They got back to me within a few hours and someone was out to look at the work within 3 days, and they got back to me with the estimate. I would use them again."

"I was a little hesitant at first because this is a small company. I got 3 estimates before making a decision and after meeting with Rob, I was convinced that he was the real deal. I ask a lot of questions. I found out that he received his concrete from the same company that the bigger companies do but doesn't up charge as much as they do. And being a smaller company, he has less overhead to deal with. When I contacted the other companies, I talked to a secretary. They contacted a salesman who came out and gave me an estimate and said another crew would do the work. And I had to wait for another person in the area with a small job so they can make more money when ordering the concrete. When I called this company, Rob answered the phone. Rob showed up the next day and gave me an estimate. 3 Days later (on a Monday), Rob and his crew were at my home doing the job. Now, having said all that, He did exactly the same job the bigger companies would've done but the price was much more reasonable. Oh, and he gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. If you need concrete, you can't go wrong with Rob. Call Him."
