"The shower looks GREAT!  After the plumbing issue was fixed, Wayne and Dan had to remove all boards and tile; which exposed black mold under the tile floor.  They removed all the tile from the 9 ft. walls and 8ft. floor,replaced the subfloor, built a new curb around the bottom, installed a new waterproof membrane, and installed a second layer of concrete before they even laid the first tile.  They laid the tile and created a unique trim.  There work was of the highest quality.
Every day they arrived on time and covered our wood floors and stairs with tarps.  The remodel took a week, and every day they cleaned up after themselves; leaving nothing in our way.  They swept up every last piece of broken tile and grout every day.
I would highly recommend them.  I used them because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List, therefore, I felt I should continue their praises after a job well done.  I would definitely use them again.  In fact, they are quoting me on a new floor and cabinets now.

"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

"C&J is WONDERFUL and will be my first call from now on! They were able to get me in first thing the next morning- which was very good considering we have 4 kids and had been without water for going on 6 days. A plumber we hired to fix a leak in our main line ended up making it worse and the whole main line busted open.  Gary from C&J was able to locate the problem and had it all fixed in about an hour.  Very professional and honest, we appreciated not feeling like we were trying to be sold equipment or services we didn't need. Some of these companies take advantage of the desperateness of your situation and try to corner you into things, not C&J.  We will definitely hire them in the future and recommend them to anyone.--Ditch your plumber and hire C&J!!
