Bathroom - Remodel
Mario and all the members of Aventis crew were fantastic! We had a toilet overflow which required them to rebuild/replace tile, carpet, trim and drywall. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The finished project looks like new. I enthusiastically recommend Aventis Builders.

Major Renovation of Multiple Rooms
I had an amazing experience working with this contractor on a major renovation project in Indianapolis. They delivered incredible results — the house was completely transformed and looked absolutely beautiful when finished.
Their team was always quick to respond and addressed all of my questions thoroughly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They completed everything as promised and exceeded my expectations.

My office bathroom had aging builder-grade materials. I couldn't get the dull off the sheet vinyl flooring and the scratched dingy bathtub. I hired Aventus Builders to remove the bathtub, replace the flooring, shower, lighting and paint. After submitting my deposit, I experienced unexpected delays, increased costs, and confusion about the start date and plan. With much frustration, my bathroom was finally done. And, it is stunning! There is excellence in every detail, even though the products are mid-line. From the gold, silver and glass accents to the beautiful blend of neutral, warm tones, my bathroom looks like it belongs in a high-end luxury hotel. The owner and subcontractor manager made up for the frustrating experience by apologizing and working very hard for several days straight to complete the work. Hire Aventus Builders, but proceed with caution, get the details figured out upfront, and contact the Owner with problems.

We purchased our home a year ago and acquired it with an unfinished basement. My husband and I were very eager to have it finished so we could enjoy his ?Man Cave?. We hired Aventus Group to complete our project. I ABSOLUTLY LOVE the finished product. Aventus did an amazing job!!!! Their quality of work is impeccable (and I admit I?m very picky), they were very professional, and they used an app for their customers to access to track progress. They were very attentive to my vision and requests, plus they quickly responded each time I needed to call to ask questions. We highly recommend this company to complete all your remodeling needs. Don?t sleep on Aventus!!! Allow them to make your remodeling dreams come to life. We promise, you won?t regret!?

Basement - Remodel
WORST COMPANY EVER! If I could give a negative score I would. $60,000 was paid to Aventus to finish our basement and the photos show the state our basement was left in. They could't pass inspection up until the fourth try. Two employees left the company during the course of our project due to no payment for their labor. We had to get the HVAC corrected and we had to redo the entire electrical work before we could start fresh with a new company. Aventus abandoned our project for a month due to internal issues. The owner Mario Barron and his vice president Tiffany Jenkins showed up to our house demanding a new contract to be signed that had an increase of $20,000 more than the original signed contract. We refused and asked for our second instalment back. To this day, Aventus refuses to resolve the matter. They left our basement a complete disaster and refuse to resolve the issue. They have several other similar cases pending such as ours. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

We asked for custom built in bookshelves and they delivered! They are custom in every way, down to the drawers being fitted for hanging file folders. We loved having them in our home! Always friendly and kind!

Garage Remodeling
We hired Aventus to turn above our unfinished 2 car garage into a custom closet. They tore down a wall from the master closet to extend it 30x8 above the garage. I had a great experience from the time we signed the agreement. We are recommending them to other friends now as well. The quality of work and communication throughout the entire process was superb compared to other companies we’ve worked with for other projects. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality contractor!

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I recently had a new home addition completed by the Aventus Team. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome and the fact that they full customized the entire room addition to our liking. Communication was excellent during the process. The team was very responsive at all hours of the day and night and were always very responsive to take care of any issues that may have come up during construction. I will hire again.

Commercial Addition to Existing Structure Build
Aventus completed a 1600 sqft 2bedroom 1 bath addition (in-law suite)for my home. Communication was excellent. The project manager Brianda worked closely with me throughout the project. The permit process is very lengthy and we had some material back order delays but the process overall was timely and I couldn?t be more pleased with the outcome.

Update: this company did very poor work for us the further we got. Flooring,plumbing,electrical, sunroom add on,fencing,garage remodel to studio apt. Wrong permits or no permits pulled at all. Fence fell-nails sticking out,little concrete. Sunroom had only 2 small windows-not what we asked for. Wanted to charge us more for what we asked for. Floors failed. Had to be redone and are failing again. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No permits pulled for garage apt which means no inspections done. No plans given to us even though we asked. Steps off addition collapsed. Will nit make things right unless he is forced and even then not a good job done. Cut corners. Over paid him for poorly done work. HVAC was not done properly-they have no clue how to do it right Would not hire these guys. Mario talks a good game but does not follow through once he is hired. Stay away!

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
We added a 264 sq Ft addition (12’ x 22’) off the kitchen, where the former patio was located. The project was completed with ship lap, a vaulted ceiling, and 9 Pella windows. A mini split supplies heat and a/c extremely well. The former sliding door from the kitchen to the patio was replaced with a French door. In addition, a portico was added to the front of the home. The crew was efficient, friendly, did daily clean up, and did excellent carpentry. The crew chief, Saul Fuentes, was outstanding and very meticulous. He had some great ideas to enhance the project aesthetics. We also had a 20’ x 20’ TimberTech composite deck added. The electrician did a great job running the 110 and 220 volt lines back to a secondary panel he added next to the primary panel.
In summary, we highly recommend Aventus Contractors of Castleton, Indiana.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Great company to work with. They are understanding, flexible, and have a good eye for design.
We needed major repairs from tree and water damage so needed a new roof and the sunroom replaced with a covered patio. There were some miscommunications along the way and it was stressful at times but the project managers worked through resolving each and every problem and were always friendly.

Aventus Builders did such a great job on our basement renovation. Mario stayed within budget, working with me when unexpected things came up so we could stay within the budget. Alex and his crews who did the demolition and installs were courteous, timely, and worked their tails off. The painters and carpet installers also did a great job. The carpet installers finished the entire basement in one long day! Project manager Brianda was very responsive, even on weekends when needed. I was very impressed with everyone I interacted with at Aventus and highly recommend them!

These people did a wonderful job and more importantly stuck to the original quoted price. I was on a strict budget so that meant a lot to me! Also, the project managers Brianda and Tiffany were in constant contact and very professional. Cato & I are DELIGHTED with our renovations! Our primary suite is the restorative, tranquil space I could only envision. While I selected the colors, Molly & Logan designed the space and made us see the possibilities. Thank you. HUGE shout out to Brandon & Fortino for putting up with us not once but twice! During the course of the two projects, we learned how to communicate & work together. There are always snafus, unexpected delays, and unanticipated issues. They worked very hard to mitigate what they could and rectify what they could not. Highly recommend Aventus Group!
