I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."
