"They are a small family owned company. There were two of them that came. They offered us a good price. It is an expensive job. The other people that we checked with wanted $1,000.00 to do the work, then they were willing to come down to $700.00. I told them I wasn't going to use them, and then went with Superior Marble. This is a job that I am never going to have to have done again while I live here."

I think they may be a bit pricey (especially if you sign up for the year long service contract) but they do a good job and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

"I made an appointment by phone. Ti asked me a few questions and gave me the price without inspecting the car. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up over the date. I arrived that morning and had to call to call him because he thought the apopointment was for the next day. Fortunately, he came over within 10 minutes of my call, apologized profusely and got started. He called me a little early and said it was done. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that he was on the floor and had started working on a beautiful black LOTUS sports car. I was very pleased with my car and I could tell he was proud of his work."

They even bring their own door mat to place inside the door so they can stand on it when they're putting booties on before walking through the house. They patched 4 different holes that were made when we updated the bathtub and shower fixtures and it came out great. The resurfacing itself was even better than I had imagined it in my mind and I love the fact that they use eco friendly chemicals. They even add in bubblegum scents to leave a lovely smell instead of a smell that would clear out the house. I seriously can't rave enough about the job they did!"

"Indiana Restoration was wonderful.  They were able to come to my house the evening I discovered the pipe burst and immediately helped to clean it up.  From there, they helped me step by step, working directly with my insurance company to come to an agreement on the work that needed to be done.  Indiana Restoration actually negotiated additional work that was required to fix the house that the insurance company originally didn't want to pay for.
Kyle Clark, the project manager for my case, called me daily to check in and make sure that things were going well.  While the repair work was being completed, he also stopped by everyday to make sure progress was being made and the contractors were doing a good job.  There were a few additional repairs that needed addressed that were not included in my original estimate.
The services they provided to me were water extraction from the pipe burst, fans and dehumidifiers for several days following the incident.  They negotiated directly with my insurance company to make sure all the necessary repairs were going to get completed.  They did the dry wall work, painted the walls, replaced the carpet pad, replaced the laminate floor, replaced the linoleum, and replaced base boards and trim.  I'm very pleased with the quality of all the work they did.  They helped turn a disastrous incident into an overall good experience.  Thanks again!!!!
