"I was very pleased with the work that was done to clean the tiles in my kitchen and laundry room. Very surprised at how clean the floors were when done. Highly recommend for tile cleaning. They will be coming back out to clean all the carpets in my house and clean all heating/air conditioning vents."

"They do post construction cleaning for our construction company. We continue to use them and they do an awesome job. We have not had any problems. The owners always come back after and do a walk through to make sure that everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of post construction cleaning services."

"They are a small family owned company. There were two of them that came. They offered us a good price. It is an expensive job. The other people that we checked with wanted $1,000.00 to do the work, then they were willing to come down to $700.00. I told them I wasn't going to use them, and then went with Superior Marble. This is a job that I am never going to have to have done again while I live here."

"I made an appointment by phone. Ti asked me a few questions and gave me the price without inspecting the car. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up over the date. I arrived that morning and had to call to call him because he thought the apopointment was for the next day. Fortunately, he came over within 10 minutes of my call, apologized profusely and got started. He called me a little early and said it was done. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that he was on the floor and had started working on a beautiful black LOTUS sports car. I was very pleased with my car and I could tell he was proud of his work."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

The best way to clean vinyl floors is to vacuum or sweep away debris and then mop the floors using a mixture of warm water and dish soap or vinegar. You can also use store-bought cleaners if they’re marked safe for vinyl surfaces.

Steam mops can be a better option than traditional mops because the steam can lift stubborn dirt from floors without using chemicals, and it also kills bacteria and dust mites. However, steam mops have drawbacks: they are more expensive, require an electrical outlet, and are not suitable for all flooring types, such as laminate or hardwood, which can be damaged by the steam.

Regular mopping can also sanitize floors effectively when done with the right cleaning products and techniques, though it may require more effort. The main advantage of a traditional mop is its versatility, as it can be used on any type of flooring. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your floor type, budget, and cleaning preferences.

Regular sealing, proper drainage, and periodic inspections prevent premature wear and cracking.

Yes, you can mop hardwood floors with a damp flat or string mop as long as it is not soaking wet. Always avoid leaving standing water or fully soaking your hardwood floors, even if they are properly finished. A slightly wet mop, with or without cleaning solutions, will not damage the wood.

Common options include hardwood, tile, and vinyl floors. Professionals tailor methods to the specific material.
