Did want to mention the cleaning ingredients got on my wood floor. It was wiped up but did some minor damage to the surface that my husband recovered. Would suggest a Drop cloth around the furniture if working around hard wood floors. Otherwise very satisfied with the cleaning."

"I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.
