"I made an appointment by phone. Ti asked me a few questions and gave me the price without inspecting the car. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up over the date. I arrived that morning and had to call to call him because he thought the apopointment was for the next day. Fortunately, he came over within 10 minutes of my call, apologized profusely and got started. He called me a little early and said it was done. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that he was on the floor and had started working on a beautiful black LOTUS sports car. I was very pleased with my car and I could tell he was proud of his work."

"I scheduled the appointment a few prior. I asked them to call beforehand. We live in Noblesville and they were traveling from Lafayette. They called about and hour and half out saying they would be here at noon. Twenty minutes later, he called and said he had a flat and would call me when he was back on the road. He called back about 45 minutes later and asked if we were still good for the appointment and apologized. When he got here, he wasn't frustrated or on edge (I know I would've been!). He was extremely professional and did a tremendous job. He explained everything he would do very well. He did an incredible job taping off wall, mirrors, etc. He was done much faster than I anticipated but he took his time to make sure it was done right. He had me inspect everything while his tools were still out. He also paid no attention to my 2 small dogs who were locked up in an adjoining bedroom as they barked and howled. He went about his work and excelled. I would definitely recommend them for any service you may need."

"I'm on the fence about this company's service. On the one hand, they had a great discount going on, so the price was very reasonable. I feel like they did a very thorough job in most respects. But... After they left, I discovered that the tape cover across the vent in my entryway had not been removed, so I can only assume that vent was not thoroughly cleaned. Having no ladder, I had to remove it myself using a stepstool and a grabber. When the techs removed the high wall vents, old paint chips and dirt sifted down all over my floors, furniture, and even my kitchen table, and lint wads from the dryer vent cleaning were tracked in from the outside. I had to both mop and vacuum after they left. To clean the outside dryer vent, they had to move my winterized patio furniture; it was all left out of position across the patio;I had to go out and drag it all back. And the dryer vent cleaning, while thorough, left me uneasy and bewildered. The tech showed me two metal pieces, one the shape of a shoe, the other a large ring, which he removed from the vent hose connection. He tried to explain to me why they weren't needed, and were allowing air and lint to escape. But I've had the dryer vent cleaned before, and those pieces were left in place. They had a terrible time reinstalling the vent hose, and now it is wound into a couple of tight curves; I KNOW that is a bad thing, as lint can collect in those curves and cause a fire. I'm going to have to buy a new vent hose and pay a handyman to install it, since I can't move the dryer by myself. Also, when I was putting that patio furniture back, I found another metal ring, removed and not replaced, and I don't even know where it came from! Someplace in the outside vent? The dryer seems to be working all right, but, as I say, now I'm uneasy and I'll have to have the vent hose replaced."
