Edge Guys

My air conditioner had stopped working and I called Edge Guys for service on the weekend. The tech was friendly and got it working again. The total cost was $500 for a blown capacitor. The AC stopped working the next morning. Upon opening the AC unit, the tech had used two capacitors rather than the original 60/10. I ordered a replacement from Amazon and fixed it the next day for $22. I contacted them for a partial refund, but it was denied. They stated they would have repaired the part under warranty, but I feel like you should fix something right the first time (especially at that price point). I would suggest looking elsewhere for service if you need it.

We were given a 4 hour window of when he would arrive and he arrived right at the beginning of the window after calling about 20 minutes before as a courtesy. He was knowledgeable and polite, gave me some great advice and answered some questions I had. I would hire again for HVAC needs.

The technician who responded did an over-the-top excellent cleaning and testing of our home heating and AC, with emphasis on the AC due to the summer season. He killed and removed bee nests that he found. I watched while he literally climbed into the outside AC and washed and rinsed the cooling coils and picked up everything like leaves and debris that he found in there. The technicians who work for this company are salaried, and do not get any share of any heat/AC equipment that they install. This is unlike the previous HVAC companies I have used in the past. So, there was no pressure to buy something-- no questionable replacements needed or mentioned. We signed up for the twice-a-year checkups and used the first (AC) check-up.

Provider needed to come out a 2nd time to fix a couple of scrapes on a wall near our furnace. Happy with the overall job. Would use them again.

Very prompt response and service. Amiable technician explained repair clearly. Price seemed on the high side, but no opportunity to compare given the immediacy of the need. Service consisted of a Turbo 200X Capacitor at $285 and a new 2pole 30 amp Contactor for $267. I did receive a discount of 10% on this and waiver of the service charge.

They installed the unit when the house was being built by the builder.

They did a good job.  One person came out.  It took about two hours.  They cleaned up after they finished.

Very well, arrived on time, and were done in a reasonable amount of time. Two men were very organized- it was not their first "rodeo"!

They cured a problem that we have had since we purchased the home. We added on fairly large sun room that we have never been able to keep it cool and warm, and the zoning really helped that problem. 

We have been very pleased with them.

Edge Guys is the only HVAC company we trust. You must request Alan, their best Tech!

I don't remember how much it was, but it was not very expensive. I love these guys. They are the only ones I let near my HVAC system.
