This is the most honest and capable heating and cooling company that I have ever used. We had a business and he serviced our huge air conditioners for years plus our home. He put in our new furnace. He services our AC. I strongly recommend him.

Horrible company !! Horrible office staff!! Horrible technician!! Horrible owner!! We have contacted Fox 59 problem solvers as well as BBB about this company!! They are out to get your money and they really do not care about their customers!! Save yourself the time and the money give your business to someone else!!

no leak test preformed before adding coolant..4 days after coming out still no hot air, thats with the company saying wait 2 days.. telling them over and over again our ac unit does not work after paying them the 130 to check it out and 20 extra dollars because we were given a so called LBS of freeon for free. Still didn't work, then wanna charge double to come back out, so what you can con more money out of a customer.. i will never recommend this company

Services performed were great. The tech spent time going over every element to ensure I understood what he was looking for and doing. Unfortunately my system had a freon leak and the tech recommended a new HVAC. Baptist sent a sales guy to my house who spent almost 2 hours trying to sell me on their overpriced system. I obtained other quotes which ended up being much more reasonable, which is why I say I will not go back to Baptist.

I had bought a unit from them. I liked the process of them coming out and the estimate. They seem real service oriented. I haven't been disappointed.

Got introduced to Baptist when my furnace quit during a frigid spell. They got someone out the day I talked to them, and I had a new furnace in a couple of days. The furnace stopped working 5 days later. Called Baptist at about midnight. They offered to send someone out, but I was able to get it cycle for a while before going off again. Repair guy showed up at 8 AM, and he fixed the problem and a few others for no charge. While I wasn't thrilled about having to call them back out, they made up for it with their great service.

The office staff was patient and friendly. The technician arrived within the time suggested. He was meticulous and thorough with his work. He cleaned up and was courteous. I am very pleased and will be a repeat customer.

The cleaning and inspection service went well. We have used Baptist Heating and Air for several years now, after they installed our furnace. The office representative that I spoke with was helpful in scheduling the appointment. The technician called to advise that he was running ahead of schedule. He performed all work well and to our expectations. I would recommend Baptist Heating & Air for this type of work.

Service technician, Rob 2, was extremely knowledgeable and corrected the issue within 30 mins of being at our home. Rob 2 was very courteous and explained the issues and corrective actions clearly so we could understand them. He also provided tips for preventing it from happening again and some other general tips for winterizing our home in the winter months. Rob 2 is one of the best technician we've ever worked with across any trade. He was punctual, professional, and did it with top notch quality. Baptist Heating came out as part of our home warranty program. I would definitely use them again, regardless if it's thru our warranty program or not. They were great!

Our home warranty company assigned Baptist Heating & Air to our air conditioner problem after we had a significant issue with a different company. We have had to file multiple claims on our HVAC system since purchasing our home five years ago. We were weary of anyone who came out to work on the system, as we had been lied to over time, and contractors repeatedly misdiagnosed or improperly repaired the problems with the system. That all changed when Baptist came out to help us. We were so pleasantly surprised to find that they were a completely different kind of company, who truly cares about their customers. It was clear that they were not just going to write us off because we had a home warranty, as other companies had done. From our very first interaction with Andrew on the phone, we were impressed. He contacted us as soon as we filed the claim with the home warranty and scheduled the diagnostic right away. After all these years, we finally felt like we had a company that knew what they were doing and provided excellent customer service matched with great skill. We were impressed with the time spent by the man who came out to perform the diagnostic and estimate, and felt he was thorough and fair. It turned out that there were significant problems with our system. Baptist, particularly Andrew, advocated for us to have the entire air conditioner replaced. I know this was no easy task, but he did not give up because he knew that was the correct solution to our problem. Once he convinced the warranty company that a replacement was the only way to go, he also navigated problems with parts the home warranty company ordered, to make sure mistakes were corrected right away so that we could get the new system installed as quickly as possible. We have had the home warranty for five years, and we are grateful for it, but have also learned how much of a headache it can be to deal with a third party when you're trying to get something done. In the past, I have been the one who has spent hours at a time on the phone with the warranty company, trying to get things sorted out. Andrew didn't let me do this, and I was blown away by his proactive customer service as he dealt with the entire process so that I didn't have to. We didn't ask or expect him to do any of this-- that is just how this company operates. The installers were very professional and informative, and took great care to install the system properly. They clearly had a strong eye for detail and a great work ethic. I especially appreciated their perfectionism with the installation. I can't say enough wonderful things about Baptist, and only wish we had come across them several years ago. Now that we have found them, we will never let anyone else work on our HVAC system. We plan to use them for all our service and maintenance needs. Thank you to Andrew and everyone at Baptist for working so hard and doing such a phenomenal job. We appreciate you greatly!
