They didn't check to make sure all the parts for the door were included in the box, or they neglected to take it out of the box. If it hadn't been included a call to Menards could have solved the issue. As it is I will have to buy another door sweep for the bottom of my door. I asked about the door sweep after the installation, and they said they would check the box that was at their home. If they had it they would come back and install it. But it is 8 days later and still no door sweep. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was a fail. I can not leave my front door open because there is a big gap between the door and the sill where bugs can enter my home.I haven't had time to get a replacement, but, to say I am disappointed is mild. I'm not sure I would hire them again."
