I asked about the door sweep after the installation, and they said they would check the box that was at their home. If they had it they would come back and install it. But it is 8 days later and still no door sweep. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was a fail. I can not leave my front door open because there is a big gap between the door and the sill where bugs can enter my home.I haven't had time to get a replacement, but, to say I am disappointed is mild. I'm not sure I would hire them again."
