Excellently. Crew worked from 7:30 am to 9 pm to get it done. Efficient, prepared, professional, orchestrated almost. Debris removal and clean up was most impressive.

The quality of the roof was good. There were mishaps in the gutter design and the gutters they installed were not capable of effectively handling the water flow, so the gutters had to be redesigned. The project manager was not as responsive as we would have liked. I was not going to use them again but they replaced the project manager and I ended up using them again on another job and had a completely different experience.

The project manager was completely efficient, professional, responsible, and exceeded all expectations.

We are trying to sell the house, where the house inspection report says that we have some blisters and nail pop up. Royalty come to see the issues, and they are able to fix the issue in timely manner, with reasonable cost. We are saving money by not replacing the whole roof.

Working with Royalty was a great experience. They had repaired a ridge vent for us a few years ago, and we were impressed with the attention they gave us for a "mere" $600 repair. So, when it was time for a completely new roof, we called Royalty. A sales person met with us within a work week, and was very patient with helping us weigh the different shingle options, warranties, and choose a color. We were given an approximate work start date, and despite many rainy work days that month, work started within two days of the approximate date (which was about two weeks out from when we signed the contract). The quote given to us was within $500 (4%) of two other quotes we received from local roofing companies.
We were really impressed with the prompt and clear communication from our salesperson. He let us know when to expect the dumpster, the roofing crew, the gutter crew, and whenever we called with a question, he returned our call within an hour, even in the evening. The on-site crew was friendly, courteous, and graciously tolerated my five-year-old and two-year-old watching them roof the garage from our two story window. The crew foreman also communicated with us on site throughout the process, answering questions, and informing us on the status of our roof boards. When high winds blew shingles into the garage and vinyl siding, the foreman showed us the damage, asked if the crew could repaint with matching colors, and even repainted a spot where we, the owners, splashed paint on the siding when cleaning brushes.
When it came to clean up, the crew did an excellent job, which was especially important with our children who like to run barefoot outside. With the high winds, many of the old shingles tried to fly pretty far, but the crew got pretty much all of the old material cleared out. We only found a few nails in bushes and on the ground, a major improvement over work we had done with other roofers at previous homes. Less than five nails left behind on such a big job was pretty impressive. Start to finish on the roof took two full work days, which included removing two previous layers of shingles. The gutters took less than five hours over an evening and the following morning.
We are very pleased with the service we received from Royalty. Our roof and gutters look great, and the price was very comparable to the two other quotes we got from other companies. Our final total only exceeded the quote by the cost of roof plywood that we chose to replace, and we were well informed of the additional cost that would entail when we made that choice during the work. Although we were daunted by needing such expensive home repairs, we felt confident in our choice of provider. We highly recommend Royalty for residential roofing/gutter needs.

It went fine.  The house was located in Batesville, Indiana.  There seems to be a lack of urgency from any local companies there.  I called around Cincinnati and was only able to get 1 estimate (they subsequently backed out on the work) and George from Royalty was eager to do the work.  His estimate was a little higher than the one from Cincinnati, but they did the work.  The workers came from Louisville, KY.  It was a 3 day job.  I found a few nails in the yard, but nothing excessive and unexpected.

They did a great job on everything. It was cold when they installed - sorry guys - but during the installation one of the seams on the roof and one on gutter were not sealed. Everyone forgets things. I called and they were out within hours. 2 very polite guys calked the gutter, fixed the seam and inspected everything else. We have had no further issues with anything and it has been a harsh winter that put their work to test. Anyone can do work but it takes a great company to stand behind it, fix it and not give customers grief about it. They were very professional, very clean and respectful!

We have used them at two different times. They have done the re-roofing within a day and they did not leave a mess. The men who did the job were Hispanics and they basically just came in, got their work done and left.
