Lousy! First, they couldn't get me in for 8 days. When I finally got my truck in, they had it for two entire days and never did anything. NOTHING. THEN THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD A COUPLE MORE DAYS I COULD WAIT

Have used Denny's before for vehicle repair. They did good work at a fair price.
The do not have a waiting area and the office area could be a little neater, but their customer service is great.

It was awesome they were very helpful, service was quick and fast.

Prices are always fair (and very competitive) and unnecessary repairs are never suggested. Honesty and loyalty seem to be highly valued at this business.

Denny read through the bill from the first repair shop finding the distributor installed was bad. They consulted with the other shop and agreed to fix it for free. They installed a new fuel pump and now the car runs very well. Being a woman, unfamiliar with mechanical matters, I appreciate their honesty and stright forward manner explaining the work being done.

hey My wife's car first began overheating in April. I had to have the car towed from my house. They were very prompt in arriving, however instead of knocking on the door and introducing themselves first they just started picking up the car. I had to run out and give them the keys. About a week later I called to find out if they had a chance to find out what the problem was and they informed that the work had been done for a couple of days (work I never authorized to be completed). I picked up the car and within a week it was overheating again. This time I had to have the car picked up from Columbus where my wife works. Again they were very quick in picking up the car, but again they did not call me to tell me what was wrong nor give me an estimate; they called and told me the leak was fixed and it would be another $200 saying it was a different leak. About three weeks ago the car started to overheat again; I called the shop to have it picked up and demanded to have it repaired. They said they would not guarantee the repair unless it was the exact same leak. I asked them why they didn't check the entire system the first time around and they explained that they found a leak and fixed it. I am taking the car to another repair shop to have the work done.
