He has good service and he is very reasonable. He was excellent. He just comes, he's prompt, get to work, does right the work and he is neat.

He did a great job! We have used him many different times, he is always great. He is prompt, I just called him yesterday evening and he agreed to fit us in between two of his appointments this morning.

Our water heater went out over Christmas break. Lester was able to come same day and replaced old one. Very pleasant and very punctual and was pleasantly surprised by the cost. Would definitely hire him again.

We have used Les many times for small repairs up to larger overhauls. We have never had a single issue with any of his work. Literally, not even a single drip! Work is performed quickly and in a quiet and professional manner. Pricing is very fair, and we never have to worry about being 'over-sold'. Use Smith Valley Plumbing once, and you will probably become a regular customer, like we have. One word of notice; voice mail messages are usually returned the next business day. We have never had an emergency, so we can not comment on emergency service promptness. (Good for us!) So, if you need a good and honest plumber, stop surfing Angie's list and give Les a call.

Lester returned my call promptly and was very accomodating in scheduling the work to be done. He was very professional, efficient in his work and kept his work areas clean and neat. The price for the work and for the time he spent was very fair. We would definitely call this company again for any future plumbing needs. He was referred to us by a friend who has used his services on multiple occasions. It was great to be able to check him out on Angie's List so we felt confident in calling him. Great experience all around!

He did a great job,he was in and out quickly. I had three estimates and he was a fifth as much as the other two. He's always very busy and it's hard to get yourself on his schedule.

They were very thorough, and good. They do good work. Show up on time. Any problem that I have, they know what to do, and fix it.

I contacted Smith Valley Plumbing on 11-26-07. My phone message was returned the same day. Plumber came 11-27-07 to assess what was going to be required to complete the project and set up a day for the repair to be done as well as an estimate of the charges. He arrived on appointed day and did the repair work. Work was very satisfactory and cost was as estimated.

Had a leak in the elbow of a copper pipe on a Sunday. We did a temporary repair and called Smith Valley Plumbing the next day. He came by mid-day and the work was completed and now we are leak free!

He was very prompt. His prices were more reasonable than the previous plumbers I had. He came did the job and left. It works great.

They did an excellent job. Lester is always punctual, efficient, and cleans up when finished. He disposes of used/replaced fixtures and/or appliances. The quality of his work is outstanding.
