Nate is a great Plummer. He takes time to properly diagnosis the issue, review the options with us, plans the work and execute the work as agreed. He takes pictures to so we could see the work under the house, both before and after. He explains everything so we understand the need for the repairs. He checks his work prior to leaving and makes sure he completed the work that was agreed to. He is an outstanding Plummer with great communication skills. It's more than Hudson's tag line, "We Trust Our Plummer"!! Great Job!!

Hudson Plumbing came out and did not fix the issue. They told me they would give me a call back a few days ago to send someone out and never did. I was charged $425 for nothing to be resolved.

Great! To begin, the company called me when they first opened that morning and confirmed that the appointment time was still okay for me. They then sent a text to introduce me to the man who would come to do the work, complete with picture so I would recognize him. I was impressed by that degree of service. Tim arrived on time, checked all plumbing inside and out; explained their service plans without any pressure, and then proceeded to efficiently do the repairs. Great professionalism was shown on all levels.

Grant was great. Whole experience was pleasant. Appointment was easy to schedule for the next day. Grant was on time and prepared to install a new garbage disposal even though I didn’t know I needed one at the time. Also helped with a bathroom faucet issue and changed my refrigerator ice machine filter. I’ll keep their number handy and will call again.

Entire process was fantastic. This company cares that they get it right & they don't offer any quotes on the job until they are certain what needs repaired. Honestly, one of the best companies I've ever worked with. We will call this Hudson Plumbing for any plumbing issues in the future for sure. Strong recommendation for plumber. I’ve always done the plumbing on our houses. I’m not great, but functional. We took over both sides of our duplex and wanted to combine the hot water and replace the 20 year old water heater. I worried that this was a bit beyond my skills, so I bit the bullet, called 3 plumbers, got estimates from two and decided on Hudson in Martinsville. They came to estimate the same day. Kedge gave a lot of good information not only about the job, but about our systems in general. I got the written estimate Monday, accepted it and they scheduled for the next morning. Nate and Bill showed up on time. Both were very friendly and informative. And the work – beautiful. I do sloppy pvc. I have done copper and it’s worse. Nate’s work was beautiful. I had been dithering about paying someone to do what I probably could have done and then I saw his work. I saw the difference between an amateur and a pro. $1550. Next day service. Two hours to do what would have taken me at least all day and the end result is a thing of beauty. I’m a happy boy. Hudson Plumbing. Good name to remember. And no, I don’t work for them. I don’t get a discount or kickback. I’m just a very satisfied camper.

I called Hudson Plumbing in the morning and they said someone would be out late morning and they were. Two techs Chad and Nick came out and completely ran new piping and us going in about two hours. There are not enough stars to rate Hudson Plumbing. Every time a plumber is called by a customer, it is viewed by the customer as an emergency. That, is also the view of Hudson Plumbing. Our issue was a 99% clog from the house to the sewer, backing up into our basement...on Easter Sunday. I called, they answered! AND they came out to try and open the line. Luck was not on my side this time. It couldn't be cleared and would need to be dug up and replaced. Chad, who also ran the work crew, took some photos and said he would have someone call the next morning to discuss the project. I got that call the next morning, discussed the project and got the ball rolling. They were able to move other projects around to start and finish my project the next day. Chad was back out with his crew the next morning. Chad ran his crew like a well oiled machine, completing the entire project in 3 hours! They worked with a sense of urgency without rushing. They ensured that each step in the process was done correctly before moving on the the next. Chad answered every question I had, explaining what was happening, how it was going to happen and WHY it needed to be done. This man knows his craft! Hudson Plumbing viewed my emergency as their emergency and made my house whole. Throughout the entire experience I was treated as family and not just a customer. Knowledge - 5 stars. Capability - 5 stars. Pricing - 5 stars. Integrety - 5 stars. Customer Service - 5 stars. You can call another plumber, but that would be just a waste of your time. There is NO other plumber that can come close to Hudson. Their business motto is "Trust Your Plumber," and they have earned that trust.
